These soaring rows of corn aren’t just pretty to look at, but are being grown for polenta as part of a whole grain preservation program between Front Porch Farm and @healdsburgshed. On Saturday, we’ll meet the farmer, miller and the chef and learn more about each of their respective roles in the process of preserving ancient grains.
