𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧. I had vivid dreams last night about the wounded feminine and what they give their power away too. It goes like this as self honesty and contemplation is healing. Why do we ‘worship’ beautiful perfectly appearing women as being a role model of healers and success? Genuine Question. I know there is a part of me in this. I am also aware of upholding respectful appearance as in professionalism. But may I ask why the number one killer of generation Z is suicide when all they do is try and keep up perfect appearances on social media? See where I’m getting at? It’s a very serious issue. Not something to turn away from like it doesn’t exist. You kind of avoidance people make me sick in the stomach because you don’t care actually. I was a runner too but I cared enough to step it up for my children at least! You refuse to see the wounded parts to actually give a shit about teenagers committing suicide. No it’s not their fault either it’s how they were raised by responsible adults. It’s us that needs to change not them, we are the ones that have to do this. It also doesn’t take avoidance to heal. It’s not jealousy as you might assume but a lot of fear. Being honest. Because I don’t intend to hide behind a facade of pretending to be something I’m not and then have some locked up monsters hidden in closests. Therapists, guides, healers are not perfect and have their life together. In fact a good therapist would never appear they have it all together because it makes the client feel intimidated and that the goals are unrealistic and unreasonable for them. That’s just a load of societal bullshit. Having it all together. We realists just care and are driven to do the inner work. Below A video I made about appearances and how pissed off I am about it. When I contemplate how I managed my trauma experientially? I think about the right ingredients that are aligned perfectly. I sometimes compare food to life just like a box of chocolates. What I find with complex trauma is that there is this idea that it must be complex to heal. To manage trauma is the opposite to complexity. Although it may seem overwhelming to process trauma, it takes a few aligned techniques that match up. Just like this yummy bowl of Spaghetti. Ever noticed how traditional Italian tastes much better than trying to make it fancy? Simple ingredients such as garlic, butter, salt, pepper and a poached egg. The mind only makes it complicated. The ideology around being perfectly healed in order to guide others? Following meeting so many teachers throughout my journey of the mystical kind? In the distant past I was one of those rebels that would refuse to learn from other humans because I thought spirit had my back in showing me what I needed to know and it was all perfect and unconditionally loving. As a child I would squirm at the sounds coming out of people’s mouths as I was so accute to the difference between genuine honesty that helped me relax and then the halls of shame in hiding their true nature that made my skin crawl in fear. I would screw up my face as these human adults tried to get out a sincere tone to their hearts calling. It hurt my sensitive ears so much that I would hide underneath a table and cover them up with my hands and sometimes even scream. It was literally terrifying. So I took to nature and it felt true. From then on I found it awkward to trust the words that were woven and spoken out of another’s consciousness. But I wanted to get close to humanity again and feel the closeness of vulnerability, honesty and integrity. I gave these qualities that mattered to me most of the time. I unlocked my expectations of people being perfect and just relaxed in the essence from being un teachable to listening what others had to offer. Then my inner child was wanting to lay in the laps of being held, like an abandoned puppy wanting to be soothed and taken care of again but fumbling at how to do that without making a complete mess or fool of myself. I had to let the imperfections of others be an opening that I’m not perfect myself and what makes an exceptional guide is not being perfect but holding the value of genuine honesty and integrity. The ability to hold another’s hand and be present with them whole heartedly. To care. I humbly thank all my current teachers. They really helped me see myself in places that I needed to look at so that I could guide others with my heart fully in. I was so deeply sensitive that now my ears shut off to what is not heart felt honesty. That is my standard of teachers. I’m feeling proud of what I’ve become. I am not anyone else and I refuse to be told what I should and could be. I’ve been thrown around to play small or that I’m coooo coooo for seeing the future. The definition of Sacred...... To honestly define and embody Sacred is to be with God. The mother aspect and father aspect of God. The Eagle and the White Dove. I’ve often seen the word Sacred been thrown around in Tantra that feels like a watered down version of what it entails. If you genuinely are seeking the true essence of the richness of Sacred?
