(For those who don’t know, I have plans for the adult versions of the characters and how each person’s life turns out after highschool; and being the Patton Stan I am, I think his might be my favorite cause my GOSH it’s so wholesome😭 Patton lives his best life after his not so great highschool years, I promise!)

Regarding the DTIYS, I think I’m gonna kinda cancel it. If you still wanna participate, you absolutely can but I’m deciding that 1) there’s no longer that due date/time limit and 2) I’m not going to be doing the prizes.

I’m a little sad about it but hey, this stuff happens, you know? I’ve gotten busier with school lately so idk if I could make time for drawing out the prizes and no one has submitted anything (which I wanna stress is a-okay! I’m not mad or anything of the sort about that! Like I said, this stuff happens and I’m not entitled to people drawing my DTIYS! If anything, it’s on me for posting one while info about my au was still kinda fresh.) so I think it might be best to scrap the due date and prizes.

If you still wanna participate, go right on ahead! But it’s also a-okay if you don’t! I’m grateful anyone showed interest at all and for the engagement I’ve gotten on my silly little blog in the first place🩵

Finally get to post one of the things I was working on for this!!

I know my account here is still a bit new but today’s my birthday and I thought it would be fun to post something like this as a way to celebrate!

I’m still getting used to tumblr so I’m not entirely sure how everything works with tagging and all that but I’m sure I’ll figure it out haha

So I had a thought, and you can totally ignore it if you want because it may be inaccurate - BUT I wonder if you're familiar with one of the "scenes" at some punk/rock/Rave events called Kandi. ((Mostly raves but still.)) ((Pronounced Candy. Those big chunky bead bracelets that look really cheap but some people make really epic ones)). The general theme is sharing friendship, love, and community unity! I saw all of the bracelets on Patton (I'm glad he has his friendship bracelets 💜) but it made me think about if that's one way Virgil and he started bonding - Virgil complimenting his Kandi and Patton being utterly confused at first [source - me and one of my boyfriends in highschool who is still a good friend of mine now. I was "Patton" and I still have the bracelet he gave me]. Then Patton starts making/wearing more complicated designs and sometimes gives them to Virgil to take and trade at events.

Idk I've always thought that was a really fun thing people do and the way you've set up their personalities feels like it would fit really well.

(also if you want better explanation, look up Kandi and Kandi trading. There's this cool thing where the two people hold hands a certain way and you transfer the bracelet from one wrist to the other. I wish I could find the video of this one really sweet epic trade of an absolutely gigantic bracelet. Anyway 😅)

I was absolutely NOT familiar of Kandi bracelets; I’ve seen them but I had no clue that this was the association with them!!
