Lowkey went over my cal limit just bc my family made
Fried fish w roasted potatoes n brussle sprouts n corn on the cob
And not no mention the fact I made cake to.. 😓 (strawberry upside down cake)
I don’t hate hate myself but I do regret eating all that but I did try to get small portions of everything and when I did all the math w the food and sause I realized I went over it
Btw my cal limit is 800-860cals a day so w that in mind I was prolly finna go over it anyway today but it’s whatever bc after I ate I went on a run n burned 468 cals
Anyways tomorrow I’m most likely just finna have a less than 150 cal breakfast or eat nothing all day until dinner

how do you deal with hunger </3 my stomach growls ew..
How I deal with it is i drink a bunch of water throughout the day and if I get sick of water then I get tea or some 0 cal drinks
ALSO big tip I found out is if you have a heating pad put that on ur tummy and for me it helps lots😋 I usually put it on the second highest setting
Another thing that I do that helps it watch DIET vlogs or ED VLOGS , I used to watch mukbangs n those just make me drool n more hungry but diet vlogs make me think of why I am doing what I’m doing TO GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT 😋
You could organize things/clean/play games but if you don’t have any energy/feeling sick cuz of having no food then ion think u would want to actually move
To distract u could also: skin care, take everything shower, paint ur nails, go for a walk, find new music to like, do research on fasting/dieting, make a routine to follow, sleep, look thru tumblr, look thru meanspo, do a makeup look, brush ur teeth (will make u not wanna eat anything)
Also if you literally HAVE to eat bc of the hunger then track ur cals and set a cal limit

Hellooo
Soo today was just a filler day LAMEEE
Anyways I’m probably finna fast all day on Wednesday cuz on Thursday I plan on gettin a tattoo w one of my friends and I needa have a flat tummy yk
But for today I made some overnight oats yesterday and they were sooo good n was only 285 cals
If u want to recreate it : 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, small Banana, oats, n milk
I mushed the banana n mixed it w the milk then added it to the chia oats and then putted it in the fridge and then ate it when I broke my fast
N for dinner my mama made nachos so I had a small portion of that n later on I had 8 strawberries as a snack
766 cals in all of that
For working out I just went on a hour long run/walk w my dog
That’s it 😌

Got my scale finallyyyy ITS SO CUTEEE I got one that’s a cute baby pink also got my chia seedsss
Almost died today bc my mom noticed them and then later in the day she asked me “Did you buy those bc you heard they help you lose weight “
😨😨
How do you know that I bought them only for that reason??
I just said I got them bc I heard they help our immune system 😜
Anyways for workouts, I went on a walk/run w my dog and completed all my rings so that’s good and for food, I fasted all day until 6 and my family didn’t have a dinner night so I just had 2 cups of grapes n that’s it

Updateeeee
I’m happyyyy happy happyyy today Oml
Im finally seeing change in everything
My body, the food I eat, how much water I drink
Idk how much I lost but I soon will bc I finally ordered a scale and I heard chia seeds help wl so I got some of those too.
Anyways today I had a salad that was 128 cals and then my mama made dinner and I had to eat that so I had 2 tiny burritos they were around 185-200 cals
Both of em had a bit of lettuce, tiny bit of cheese, some avocado slices, tiny tiny bit of pork, and hot sauce
I Lowkey might have one more but just no meat or anything w to many cals idk
Or if I get hungry I’ll eat broccoli or sum light that I got ( I went shopping today)
