At the end of the day, still having hope after all we’ve been through is still a hell of a lot. It is an achievement that you have kept going despite all your past and present struggles, while the future remains uncertain. In the face of such uncertainty, you still chose to have a little faith, a burning hope that keeps you going, keeps you trying. You are not alone in this pain, and I’m proud that we’re still here, still trying, still seeking joy in the small things, still finding hope.

It doesn’t mean you’re naively and blindly trusting whatever will come will be perfect bliss and happiness. It means you haven’t given up, and that’s an amazing thing to do, and you should be proud of yourself, because I am. Don’t let anyone take that away from you. Not all is lost, and you are included in that. 🌱❤️‍🩹🌻

sometimes holding onto hope is what keeps us going, so hold on to whatever little spark of it that you have, you will get through these things, even if things aren’t perfect, even if that hope is for something simple to happens. it doesn’t have to be so idealistic that it barely feels possible; hold on to any way form of hope you find that comforts you and allows you to go on. no matter how small. even if what you’re hoping for is a going out with friends soon, or a new movie coming out, or a concert, or for your medication to kick in, or for your flare up to fade away. hold onto any hope you can, no matter how small 🌻
