Select/Deselect "Mark document read when opened in the preview pane"

Or, with a document selected in a view:

The only perk from being a couch for new hires at my company is that I get to hand over the .id files to the noobs. This week this guy after two days of using #LotusNotes made a comment - "I'm not saying that the product doesn't work, it does, it does it's thing, but it makes no sense how it does it. If it was a car, it'd be the only car in the market for which you'd have to shift gears by shaking the seat with your ass." - I laughed until I cried, back then, but then someone nearby said: "That way you wouldn't have to take your hands off the wheel." It stopped being funny, because now I expect that "feature" to come up in future cars.

On webmail, why isn't send the left-most option (to mimic the desktop version)? That's just poor UX. Also, WTF does "Send & File" mean?

Pro Tip: Mark as Unread Shortcut

If you're sick of Lotus Notes never marking messages as unread (unless you double-click them) when using the preview window just use the "mark as unread" shortcut - cmnd-shift-u on Mac.

After I send a message I don't want to be scrolled to the top of my inbox if I sort my inbox in descending order by date. Going to the top means I look at the oldest email in my inbox when all of my new stuff is at the bottom.

Copy and Paste

If I'm selecting something within the preview window I want the window to scroll with me if the content extends beyond the viewable window. Just like EVERY OTHER PROGRAM EVER.
