Found out abt Nishimura Takuya (an actor) and i really like his voice so im tryna search for his other works. And that's how i found out abt One Room Angel.

For starters,, manga anything related to tenshi(angel), u know damn well it's gonna end sad and im not disappointed.

2 characters, Kouki (30yo gloomy suicidal old man) and Angel (Takashi, a middle schooler)

Its abt Kouki, who lives in a small apartment and suddenly has a new roommate, an angel who loses memories about why he's here and how to go back. Kouki then let Takashi live w him until he's strong enough to fly again smtg like that. Then Takashi read about a stabbing incident (happens right before he appears at Kouki's apartment) and finally found out abt his own identity. (That part is so rough pls)

It is revealed that the angel is actually a boy human committed and falls on Kouki. When Kouki realized Takashi's wish — to feel loved until dead and decided to finally make that happen even tho he's aware he's gonna lose Takashi. When Takashi starts to smile more. Oh im weakkkk.

'I can finally fly again..'

When Takashi disappeared, Kouki depressed again but then he started to move on after meeting Takashi's father.

The father said - non-verbatim "I lost my precious but what takashi had given me is the most precious."

So Kouki think that ofc Takashi's gone made him sad but the memories he had w him should be the reason for him to keep going.

The bonus episode when they meet again lol wth is happening 😂😭 is Kouki died??

1) Game — Reverse 1999 : : (uninstall Enstar for this)

Reinstall this game bcs my tl sometimes show me r1999 stuff and it feeds my urge to play it. I installed this game when there was like 3 days left bfore their annv update, Windsong banner. Mcm biasa, gacha game got that returnee missions n stuff. I played bit of Windsong's story: abt a researcher conducts a leyline field research at a tiny snowy town. I don't really remember the plot of main story, so need to watch some recap on yt.

Gosh i forgot how beautiful this game artstyle is, and the ui too??? Whenever i play the story, i felt like crying like damn gorgeous art they need to release artbook fr.

Im speedrunning this game okayy,, reached player level 30, leveled up 6 of my characters (Sonetto, Dikke, APPle, Lucy, Getian, Bloodbourn) to Insight II, 2 episodes for main story, settled the beginner mission etc etc. Also new 6 stars characters i got so far are Windsong, Lucy, Getian (from annv banner), Toothfairy, Sotheby, Regulus, Ezra in span of 50 pulls honestly im tweaking (OKAYY HELP wtf is going on?? ). Also free 6star character, Semmelweis.

Omg i did so much. Finished Penacony's main story, Ruan Mei's story (I hate that damn bug with passion) , Topaz's story and otw Wardance's story. Kafka is considered fully build for me (my woman hitting that 45k raw burst dmg on average), half- build Jingyuan, Pela, tralblazer, robin etc. Istg building characters in hsr is actually diabolical it takes at least 2 months per character,, 240 resins per day is not enough. Especially to farm those damn relics.

At least i got my Robin tho. (She's sooo wife 🥰🥰)

2.5 banner with blackswan and Robin ;^; i need blackswan to make kafka team tho (istg if 2.6 banner got aventurine rerun imma uh idk bcs 2.7 is Sunday's patch i really cant choose honestly. Also 13 Sept is Albedo's birthday. Forcing my self to draw something bcs it's an obligation at this point.

This is actually my first time drawing his hair with reference in this 3 yrs.

Me keep refreshing my tl to translate their clip contexts lol. It's so funn need more vcr stuff. I love when everyone interact w each other. I think the most memorable one are, drunk Kanaria, izuru's team shenanigans, and i love the way izuru shows his gremlin side to other people outside of holostar. (i only watch izr idk everyone else lmao) Also the way they played LoL together after the server closed??? Hsshhs Sendo yuuhi is so cute and day1 is so funny. I genuinely hope they're friends now. Need more of their contents in the future.

01092024- Media Consumption Diary #6

Missed a lot of thing i know. I started focusing in genshin again, deleted some games, read a few mangas, new holostar merch, etc etc.

1) Genshin-- I completed Simulanka event 1 day bfore it expired. I was so glad i decided to do it, love the stories, the exploration, the lore: i have so many things to talk abt simulanka but imma save for other post.

Also,, NATLAN'S UPDATE YIPPEEE~ (new mechanics, more variety of npc, ui design). Pulled for Mualani bcs shes so fun to play, then imma focus on pyro archon.

-- Finished Dehya's story quest/ increased world level to 9 (took me 3 tries lol i bring a wrong team)/ got Dehya on free 5 star event bcs i wanna see how long Diluc gonna take to come home 🙄.

2) HSR-- More focus on farming Kafka/ Jingyuan's relics (its been almost 3 weeks pls)-- ver 2.5 announced their banner which are consisting Kafka, Feixiao(?), Blackswan, Robin (Helpskkskskskks that's not fair i need to build my kafka teammmmm Blackswann noooooo) i think imma pull for robin then focus on Sunday. Also Sunday's banner prediction is on 2.7 we're so cooked 😭😭😭 (also if there's any aventurine's rerun imma gone)

3) HOLOSTAR- ive been watching a lot of their old jp clips after 8GO Vsai. The most memorable one is Triple A-chan, Astel's mad maggie drills, toiletempo, horror games compilations etc2. Also watched their prev 3D lives concerts, im in love honestly especially Izuru n Tempus HQ. Also im so proud reading all the jp comments about them like yes pls they're so underrated they deserve so much love.

Holostar jp also released new merch,, the mochi thing. Look at my oshis bro theyre circle now

4) Manga(s) - Read a few on the app

Empyreal Cabinet (Fumiji Yuba) - exorcist monster but they work w government and the public's aware of their existence. -2 cpt

Kagurabachi (Takeru Hokazono)- Finished the 1st arc i think, the auction arc. Chihiro got new friends, find ways to seal back that one sword ( ughh i forgot the plot the moment i leave the manga. But i remember right away when i read the new chpt tho ) So far i really like the story.

Darling's Vanishing Act (Yadu) - A pro smtg2 assassin or smtg that offer service to help people to get out of a situation. This dude save a mafia's daughter, fell in love with her (her name is Darling) but the girl kinda rejected him, telling him to find other woman that will truly love him. Idk i think this story gonna follow abt how he tries to track back Darling after they separated while also dealing with mafia conflicts. -1 chpt

—Natsume Yuujinchou S1EP3 //recap

Gonna keep this short i got lazy

--In this ep, we peek a bit into Natsume's childhood exp tryna get familiarised with his ability. He met a lady one day at a park asking him that 'U can see it too right?' This made natsume a relieved as he thought he's no longer alone with his problem. Bcs of this ability he's get told that he's creepy and stuff so he didnt hv good relationship with human (also yokai bcs he hates them at that moment). Having other person with same problem means a lot to him he's so happy but then it turned out, that lady is just another yokai, disguising herself as a human to talk to Natsume. When Natsume realized that, he cried and told her off (that yokai lady is nice tho, she just lonely).

--The focus is about meeting another human with the same ability. One day at school, Natsume takes notice of a person named Tanuma, who, described by his friends, acts the same as Natsume (reserved, suddenly act wierd n stuff). Ofc Natsume is looking forward abt him meeting another human with the same ability but also still a bit cautious. The ending reveals that Tanuma is a child of monk that just move to nearby temple. Tanuma cannot see yokai but he is sensitive abt their presence (he got chills, seeing shadows), so the father do some cleansing around the area of the temple.

--Meeting Misuzu for the first time, a powerful yokai with followers, one of the yokai that asked back for his name from Natsume.

--Love this ep bcs it highlights how Natsume slowly open his heart to accept human and yokai as part of his life. Thru the ep, the two classmates started to jokes around and hang out with Natsume. He also accept eventho he hates yokai growing up, he stills choose to protect the yokai from the monk's cleansing power. Natsume also thinks that the yokai lady he met during his childhood is a nice yokai and aware thet his reaction could hurt her. Whether it's human or yokai, both can be lonely.

I love the way he always looks dazed by just not talking. Also there are like 2 scenes of sleepy natsume, the voice almost make me cry.

- started w the introduction of a new hiphop stage battle by Club Paradox, that offer 10b yen for the winner. 4 groups are invited to compete together, BAE, cozmez, The Cat's Whiskers and AkanYatsura. Bit of intro for BAE, members: Allen, Anne, Hajun- they are all staying with Hajun, a rich korean congressman child- their vibe is like trendy and fashionable. It ends with BAE almost got disqualified for being late but they showed up and successfully performed the opening stage. Suddenly, scene cut to Allen threw up in the toilet.

This ep has 2 songs from them: 1) perform on stage in a club 2) opening stage of the battle stage

This is actually my first exposure to their songs other than Paradox Rap Guerilla and id say la, the song are good but not that impactful(?). Like this kind of songs u hear as bgm in club or smtg, Doesnt really make u tryna save them in sp0tify playlist. Might just my preference.

★ ★[EP2- Desire]

- paralive loreeee start here: basically Allen throwing up at the last episode is a reaction caused by this piece of metal. This metal called Phantom Metal, is used by the artist performing on stage to create phantom illusion based on their body chemical reaction. The side effect after using that metal, that they called as Trap Reaction will make the user going thru memories of their most traumatic experience (in addition w other side effects). Allen's trap reaction showed, someone wanna destroy his stuff and he kept trying to run away in burning environment. --The episode then proceed with cozmez's backstory: A twin (or sibling idk?) named Kanata n Nayuta. They grew up poor so their motivation of joining the stage battle is to provide better live condition. For some reason, Kanata assumed BAE as rich kids playing house, just hv fun trying to get attention and dont hv a serious motive to join this battle like cozmez. He got mad and then stole Allen's metal. Nayuta got pissed and told Kanata he did that petty shit bcs he got scared of losing to BAE, he lost confidence. Kanata then accidentally met Allen and Anne, they kinda cleared up the misunderstanding, the metal is given back to Allen and then they lowkey became friend.

--I love these guys fr. Pretty siblings bonded over shared trauma and ready to do anything for the sake of each other. I eat that stuff everytime. Their vibe is like 'from the bottom to the top, we gonna make it' depressed agustD vibe i like it. Also for some reason I thought "OMG Yatogami Fuma would eat this" lol. (Fuma i miss your ori rap song fr)

--This introduced The Cat's Whisker, more focus on Ryu Natsume. Among the members, Ryu never experienced any trap reaction. People call that a blessing but for Ryu, it makes him feels like he doesnt deserve human connection. Like maybe he doesnt hv any emotion at all and he also doesnt even remember his past. The Cat's Whisker is consisted of Yohei, Naoakira, Shiki and Ryu, that live together in a drinking establishment (they work as bartender smtg like that). --One day Ryu found a kitten and the bar decided to take care of it until they find an owner. AkanYatsura visited them, Iori and Naoakira discussed that Paradox Stage Battle might hv a more sinister motive behind it and hoping the team to be careful. Ryu suddenly questioning Iori, his idea of justice bcs he still keeping a secret. Iori startled and laughed it off after Ryu acted confused 'Ehhhh why people react like that? did i do smtg wrong? '--The kitten suddenly got sick, panicked and scared, Ryu run off out of the bar tryna search for a vet. While running in the rain at late night, holding a sick kitten, he suddenly recalled his past trauma of running away from a lab (i assume he got experimented on?). He fell, then Shiki came, said that eventho he, Shiki consider himself useless, he still doesnt wanna leave Ryu alone. Naoakira and Yohei caught up to them and Ryu is happy. The cat is ok the next day (they went to the vet together)

HELPSKSKSKS I love Ryu hes sooo . Dude just a little guy with repressed trauma, appeared bubbly and loves his friends. He refers himself in 3rd person, got a bit of dark side (LIKE RAMUD— )

—Natsume Yuujinchou S1EP2 //recap

This episode focused on how to give back Dew God's name as his name page in the book is stuck together with the next page. Ofc separating it by force can inflict harm to the name bearer so, as the solution, Natsume and Nyanko sensei will find the other yokai to just release the two names together at the same time.

Along the way, we slowly learning more about Dew God. He's a traveler yokai that settled in a tiny shrine and one day a villager came to pray for a rain that then coincidently they have it the next day. So, after that, Dew God is worshipped and gained strength from that. But over the time, no one was praying to him anymore and he's becoming weaker. Except, there's this old lady, Hana-san that keep coming to pray at the tiny shrine, the sole worshipper of Dew God.

Well for Hana-san, one thing for sure that keep her praying to him is, one fine afternoon during her schooldays, for some reasons when she's done praying, she can see a faint figure an old man with a good mood who then said, "The weather is nice right?". Hana-san believed that what she saw is definitely Dew God. She really wanted to reply to him but afraid he's going to disappear. But then Hana-san mentioned how lonely Dew God must be so she should reply anyway.

Learning about Dew God from Hana-san, Natsume felt determined to help Dew God more. Long story short, he find the other yokai and finally can return their name. But the ending man :( Hana-san died and Dew God lost his last strength so he also gonna disappear. Natsume offered to become his worshipper but Dew God refused, claiming that Natsume is his friend. His last mention before disappear completely was he can finally meet Hana-san face-to-face on the other side.

To quote from Dew God himself, when he refused Reiko's idea to consider moving to the other shrine before it's too late, —"But once you're loved, and once you have loved, you cannot forget it."

—Okay, enough about Dew God, lets focus on Natsume too. In this episode, learning how alone and lonely Dew God is, Natsume had a nightmare at that night relating to his past trauma. Due to that, he is very careful whenever he is having any human interaction. He appeared very distant (obviously) but everyone around him is so nice atm. He wished to have a better communication skill after his first interaction with Hana-san bcs he's too awkward (he's just like me frfr). Other small detail is when he started to leave offering to any tiny shrine he found after he meet Dew God. :)

He sound genuinely happy with this team but he still downplayed his own achievements gosh i wish he stop, he got that self-destructive side idk how many times he makes his fan worry.

For context, ive been reading machina x flayon's lore blog. Sheesh how tf he do that genuinely??? It's so cool the way he dropped lore randomly and it's so good too helloooo? From short videos, streams, tweets to song cover mvs- I want his brain fr.

Honestly i aspired to be him like whatever project he's cooking i was like "OMg i was planning to do that to!!!". The RPGmaker game, the pixeled vn-styled animation bday stream, detailed, well-planned lore writing etc etc.

2) Charisma House - - - I swear Im not trying to get intro it im just curious so i peeked a little at their ytube channel. Well it basically another music multimedia project under King Records (like Hypmic) and the contents available are songs, drama tracks and manga. BUT, their drama track got English subs tho hypmic could never lmaoo (😢). Imo, while Hypmic has goofy concept with serious execution, Charisma House has goofy concept with goofy execution. I love the comedic elements in the story. (Not fully pay attention to their songs yet.)

i might watch these actually when im eating or something and yeah no i will not letting myself indulge into another fandom i hv too many pleasee.

3) Enstars - - - Mika' Link Click banner has returnedddd. My broke ass spent whole diamond savings (15k) to that banner and get nothing. (AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIKAAAAAA PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS PLS IT'S BEEN 1 YEAR). But then again im not that commit to farm diamonds tho so it is what is it.
