Kim and Jacob.

Jacob is seen wearing a one-piece flag pattern romper(or is it overalls?) with shoulder straps that buttons at the top.

The rest of his outfit consists of a blue t-shirt, and matching ballcap, shoes, and socks. This kid doesn’t have any pants on, presumably so it’s easier to change him.

And yet, when Jacob does get changed…

Despite the fact simply unbuttoning his romper is all that is needed to be able to change his diaper…

For whatever odd reason Bulk and Skull just completely strip this kid naked, when they try to change him.

Afterwords, they just put his shoes, socks, and shirt back on, while leaving his hat and romper elsewhere.

So what was the point in completely undressing him?

If neither of them wanted to change this kid, because neither of them know how to do it…

And yet, Bulk wound up being the one to change Jacob…

For whatever odd reason, Bulk just feels the need to rip open all of these diapers.

And it’s not like he ever acknowledges that it’s incorrect or anything, he just keeps doing it.

It’s only when they’ve run out, does he finally realize that he messed up.

Yet despite this, Bulk is easily able to diaper this kid with a bandana.

So was Bulk deliberately ripping those diapers, or what?

Initially, it was Skull’s idea to get diapers for Jacob. He then insisted on Bulk being the one to change the kid…

Despite the fact neither Bulk nor Skull know how to properly do this, Skull just sort of spends the entire time handing more diapers to Bulk.

While he’s not doing that, Skull helps himself to Jacob’s baby bottle because for some reason or other he feels the need to drink from it.

And on the off chance he isn’t supplying Bulk with more diapers or downing water from a baby’s bottle, he casually keeps an eye on Jacob or just watches Bulk rip open more of the remaining diapers.

Bulk and Skull meet up with Jacob, while the kid is in the back seat of Hank’s car. He is seen sitting on a booster seat that is meant for slightly older kids, and not actual babies.

It is worth noting that the carry on bag on Jacob’s stroller was only ever mentioned to have cookies within it. Despite this, Skull still managed to find a baby bottle from within it.

The basket area under the stroller has nothing in it that is explicitly meant for a baby, and yet Jacob is quite large for someone who’s intended to be one.

Young Selena, according to Bing’s Image Generator.

Minor spoiler ahead about the comics.

In the MMPR The Return #3 comic, Tommy had teleported a very young Selena away from a dangerous situation they were in. It was his effort to save her, due to those circumstances at the time.

Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull are out patrolling a nearby park, as any reasonable officers would do when they are on duty.

It’s the point in history that the young Selena showed up in a nearby bush, in this park that they are at.

In all likelihood, they handed her off to someone else and then they just went about the rest of their lives. The comic doesn’t veer off into some side-plot about this, because it’s not important. It is still cute, however, that it’s Bulk and Skull who she encounters in part 3 of this comic.

Burnet was out and about doing something that was important to her, and not at all a good idea to take younger kids along with.

Kukui is busy with Lei and suddenly gets called to a job or something that he has, and unfortunately can’t take Lei along with him. Maybe it’s his wrestling career that he suddenly has to attend, so in a last ditch effort he passes the kid off to his neighbors, along with a totebag of things for the kid. These neighbors are a pair of young adults named Jake and Spike. Maybe they are around 17-20, who knows.

They fumble around with trying to figure out how to properly hold the kid to rock him in an awkward manner, and otherwise just try to guess what to do in order to properly babysit this kid.

Lei starts tearing up and it causes Spike to ignore the bag and run into a side room. He subsequently rigs up some deformed bottle and he tries a few times to feed it to Lei, yet is unsuccessful. Jake chimes in by making a silly face that gets Lei to giggle a bit, to which he then shoves the bottle into the kid’s mouth. Lei coos a bit, and looks disturbed with this weird bottle in his mouth, but ultimately gives in and happily starts chugging it.

Spike remarks that Jake is a natural father figure, and Jake nervously chuckles.

Lei stops holding the bottle and it drops to the floor, then suddenly the kid’s onesie gets all wet near the bottom and it leaves a visible stain in his outfit. Jake freaks out while still frantically holding the kid outward, and unfortunately was partially pissed on.

Jake hops over to a nearby table and lays the kid on his back. The two panic momentarily before Spike pulls a clean diaper from the kid’s bag and hands it to Jake. However, Jake unknowingly thinks it’s a washcloth and winds up using it to try and mop the urine off his outfit. Upon realizing he wasted a diaper, he wads it up and tosses it aside.

After having scolded Spike for handing him one, Jake asks Spike for another diaper.

Lei giggles as Jake haphazardly unbuttons his soaked onesie and then pulls it off the kid. Jake asks Spike to hold the kid, and he does so while holding the kid by his arm pits. Jacob grabs both sides of the kid’s diaper and quickly pulls down to pull it off of the kid. Lei makes some silly noises as his naked butt sways a bit in the air.

Jake grabs the kid and sets him back down on the table, and next to that clean diaper. Jake picks the diaper up and struggles to figure out how to put it on the kid, and ends up ripping the diaper in half.

After getting embarrassed that he messed it up, Jake goes through the kid’s bag only to realize they are now out of diapers. Spike remarks that the kid is still naked, to which Lei looks over at him with a confused expression. Jake grabs Spike’s red bandana and hastily ties it around Lei’s waist. Lei just giggles, because Jake starts tickling him.
