I am on vacation currently (working on a lot of art too! yay) and this character design is like catnip to me. I love her so much. She's the brightest star I see

To spend your entire life at home on the great sea, only to be hidden away beneath its depths, moored and unable to set sail... it must be a lot to take in

I finally finished restoring the jewelry box I mentioned in my hourlies. I cleaned, repainted and sealed the exterior, added new hardware and a new pane of plexiglass, and made a removable fabric lining for the interior to match. It was a lot of fun to do.

I've been getting back into crafting lately for stress relief, and it's been a lot of fun 🥰
