Ich denke zu viel. Nicht weil ich will – sondern weil mein Herz Fragen stellt, die mein Kopf nicht beantworten kann. Und weil Schweigen oft lauter ist als jedes Gespräch.

Ich weiß, dass ich übertreibe. Das ich aus Kleinigkeiten Katastrophen mache. Aber das ändert nichts daran, dass sich ein einzelnes Wort anfühlen kann wie eine Lawine in meinem Kopf. Ich spiele Situationen durch, die längst vorbei sind oder nie eintreten werden. Nicht, weil ich will - sondern weil ich nicht weiß, wie man aufhört.
