They say the estate has been vacant for centuries, but that doesn’t explain the young man spied at the windows and in the gardens. He supposedly loves tea, and he’ll never refuse a game, but these accounts vary in credibility - as very few who have gone in have ever returned. Perhaps he’s not as young as he looks.
halloween may be over but it’s vampire au time all year around

Duel Links absolutely loves giving me good cards that are completely wasted on me because I will never, ever use them. Like for the KC special pack today, i got this card:
Which is fantastic... except... I do not run Neos. I will never run Neos. I hate Neos. I think it’s ugly and I’m pissed it completely overtook the Elemental HERO archetype and basically shut out everyone else in favor of an over-obsession on this one stupid-ass card. xD So I guess it gets to rot along with all of the other myraid Neos shit I have and won’t touch.

SPOILER BELOW for Strange Journey but
I was just watching Strange Journey and was laughing so hard at Zelenin’s “““transformation”““ like...
Lady you literally just got a suit.
That’s it.
You literally just changed clothes.
And they’re stupid-looking clothes too.
This is supposed to be a huge moment like Jimenez’s transformation but it falls so flat it’s literally comical. I saw it and was like “Um.... that’s it???? Seriously? That’s all?”

black people, please take care of yourselves. please take care of your health. please take care of your mind. please take care of your spirit.
i understand if your soul is not at peace. i understand if you are exhausted. just, please take care of yourselves in these dark, hateful times and surround yourself with people who understand why.

I just dug out a bunch of YGO cards from my closet and sorted them to get rid of the bad condition ones, but I still have a huge amount left over. Does anyone know good ways to sell them off? Nothing I have is particularly valuable, so I was thinking of making my own little 5$/20 card packs with random selections from what I have, but I don’t know where to do that. I can’t really go drop them off at a card shop either.
Does anyone know anywhere that might work? Or if the pack idea is a good one? I don’t want to throw out so many cards, that just seems wasteful, but I’m not gonna list over like 200+ cards for cents each.

Does anybody know of any Danganronpa-style games? I’ve been craving a new experience like that (trapped in a place, killing game there), but the few I’ve seen suggested don’t really work for me.
I’ve heard of Your Turn to Die, and that’s on my list to give a try, but I don’t know of any besides that.
Are there any others people know of that might be worth trying?
(Please don’t suggest the Zero Escape series, I’ve tried those and don’t like them.)

I think a lot of people forget that Rex/Ryuzaki and Weevil/Haga are actually extremely skilled and powerful duelists. I get why people forget that, because they barely show up at all, but like... these guys are incredibly high-class duelists. (I won’t be touching Doma because... reasons, so this just covers before then)
First of all, they were the representatives of Japan. That’s in the first episode, where Ryuzaki (Western) and Haga (Eastern) duel. They’re the national representatives of their whole country.
Second of all, you have to look at how they lose, because the circumstances surrounding their losses are actually extremely relevant and don’t at all make them weak duelists.
Ryuzaki has four on-screen losses before Doma... and two of them are actually unfair losses to him ‘cause two were lost to cheating, so those losses aren’t Ryuzaki’s fault -- he was basically robbed there by those two. The four losses are as follows:
Haga: Fair duel, fair loss. (Initial episode)
Mai: Unfair loss, Mai cheated. (Duelist Kingdom)
Jounouchi: Fair duel, fair loss. (Duelist Kingdom)
Esper Roba: Unfair loss, Esper cheated. (Battle City)
This doesn’t exactly paint the picture of Ryuzaki as a bad duelist. Quite the opposite, in fact; from the information we have, he’s still an extremely powerful duelist.
Haga’s on-screen track record is even smaller. He won against Ryuzaki, of course, but the other two losses are seriously Haga getting massively unlucky with his opponent choices. (Or just being a complete idiot, really)
Yami: Fair duel, fair loss. (Duelist Kingdom)
Jounouchi: Unfair duel since Haga cheated, but fair loss. (Battle City)
And that’s about all he’s got.
Like, I get it. They’re pretty minor characters and of course people aren’t gonna listen too much to background on minor characters a lot of the time, especially since him and Haga are “villains” that are pitted against people who they’re supposed to lose against, but these guys are extremely high class duelists. It really makes me sad to see them done so dirty half the time.

“The Book I Wish I Had”
I am trying to create a book named “The Book I Wish I Had”. I have a survey available for people to take so I can record the results and use it for data in the book. Please take the survey only if you are LGBT+. The survey has a ‘Prefer not to answer’ option for almost all questions. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes. If you would like to complete the survey, go to this website.

Duelist Challenge #5 Answer -- YGO Duel Links
The answer to the #5 challenge in the current event.
Summon Sapphire Pegasus.
Drop Topaz Tiger into the S/T zone.
Let Pegasus go into the S/T zone.
Activate Crystal Conclave.
Summon Amber Mammoth.
Activate Crystal Conclave again, bounce Mammoth and Slifer to the hands.
Activate Crystal Beacon for Ruby Carbuncle.
Activate Ruby's effect, bounce Pegasus and Tiger to the field.
DO NOT activate Pegasus' effect. (Putting Mammoth in the S/T boosts the attack of the enemy monster)
Battle. Have Pegasus and Topaz take out the two monsters (it doesn't matter which, they can both kill them).
Have Ruby attack directly.
Win.
