I just like meditated but like with two tennis balls & i put them in a sock and lied down on it where u neck meets ur skull. For like 5 mins.

Saw it on tiktok its so insane omg im gonna do this everyday like my head feels so warm & light. Feels like i js got a massage😭

I js kept pushing my head against it more so it kinda massaged those rlly tight muscles in ur neck the deep ones. My god the bloodflow is insane😭😭

Js do like guided meditation or i always do box breathing

4 seconds breathing in deeply w ur stomach only

4 hold but kinda keep that feeling of breathing in if that makes sense? Like pause ur breathing but dont rlly force urself to hold (keep the pressure basically on ur longs/stomach, dont let ur stomach drop when holding?) try to feel that if possible

Then 7-8 or more seconds out but imagine ur sucking a straw and keep ur lips like that when breathing out. Like imagine breathing into a straw. This is optional but it reaaaallly helps feeling relaxed

Optionally hold for 4 secs after breathing out.

At some point js stop counting and just feel like the breathing what feels right, slow deep breaths in and out but try exhaling twice as slow and deep as inhaling

If u want u can also do a body scan if ur gonna do 10-15 mins, i always like doing these guided personally
