(also, if you recognize the lyrics on the bottom one, lmk, did I do the text right? I wrote them from right to left like in the MV, but idk if I should do them the other way around. I would be curious to know).

A reintroduction

Hello!

My name is Caitlin and I’m a photographer. I like taking pictures of colorful pop culture plushies in complementary or contrasting environments.

I also like to draw, write and perform. I’m working right now to become a more intentional artist and maybe one day get paid to do stuff.

I’m going to try posting my photography work up here for the next few weeks just to get some practice. This is my passion project so I’m going to give it everything I have!

Sometimes (at least once a day) I think that maybe I’m not cut out to be an artist and I question weather or not the perspective I have to offer will be interesting or useful.

This is all the sketchbooks I have acquired in 9 years.

While I’m here, I’ve noticed that my writing has been obsessed with bending reality recently.

I definitely think it’s a response to the changes happening in my life—moving to the opposite side of the state for school and all.

One of my characters used the pharse “Fortnite skin” when describing the way she writes fan fiction and I don’t know how to feel about that.
