BUDINO MELE SEMI DI CHIA
0,4 litri di latte di mandorle o altro latte vegetale
60g di semi di chia
40g di mandorle + una manciata per decorare
stevia in polvere qb o zucchero di cocco integrale a piacere
1 mela fresca + per decorare 
1 cucchiaino di cannella
1 cucchiaino raso di zenzero in polvere
Un pizzico di noce moscata
1. Unisci i semi di chia ed il latte di mandorle. Lascia nel frigorifero per una notte intera.
2. Il giorno successivo, frulla una mela privata del torsolo (oppure grattugia la mela) insieme alla stevia, le spezie ed una manciata di mandorle.
3. Gira i semi di chia per distribuirli uniformemente nel liquido. Unisci il composto del frullato ed eventualmente, aggiungi un pezzo di mela fresca e qualche mandorla intera.
4. Servilo subito (eventuali avanzi li puoi mangiare anche il giorno dopo per colazione o merenda).

FRAGOLE BANANA SPINACI E ZENZERO 
INGREDIENTS 2 cups almond milk 2 cups baby spinach 2 cups strawberries 1 banana 1 tablespoon grated ginger, to taste
DIRECTIONS 1. Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
*Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
Strawberries aren’t just delicious, they are also one of the healthiest foods you can eat (or drink). They are chockfull of antioxidants that provide cardiovascular benefits as well as having a positive effect on lowering blood sugar. Not to mention a serving of strawberries has more Vitamin C than an orange.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties as well as aiding in digestion and helping the body naturally detoxify. It may also help alleviate pain – from arthritis to menstrual pain and more. Such a great thing to add into your daily green smoothie to give it some pep and up the nutrients even more.
