A win for trans rights!!!!!! 🏳️‍⚧️

The Selbstbestimmungsgesetz (self-identify law) allows trans and intersex people to change their name and gender in the civil registry much more easily than before by submitting a self-disclosure form. This will be possible starting on the 1. November 2024 while the self-disclosure forms can be submitted as early as 1. August 2024 because of the 3 month waiting period in the law. After a name and gender change the person will be barred from changing it again for one year. People of ages 14-17 will need the approval of a legal guardian to change their gender and name while for children under 14 the legal guardians can submit a form for the change.

First names can also be changed while changing gender. One all inclusive package with minimum effort.

Jaecar let out loud, happy chitters at the sight of fresh fish. He'd squirrel them away in the extra icebox, the one he was given. He'd make a great Christmas dinner tomorrow. Filet fish, fresh veggies. He'd even share it with Hilderich, Markov and Albrecht-- if they wanted it!

The sweater was perfect. The hybrid wasted no time putting it on. He took a look in the mirror, pleased with how warm and snuggly it was.

He had an idea he'd be wearing this quite a bit. He had to repay him somehow!

Sea Urchin Embryos at first division

Following fertilization, in less than an hour, sea urchin embryos divide in 2 and continue to develop in perfect synchrony.
