Frog Circus, Act Three.

Scattered along the main path at the frog circus are tall thin pedestals with various colored platforms. Hopping across each platform with giant leaps is the elegant harlequin frog. Occasionally her hat will fall off during one of her stunts. If you are lucky enough to catch it you get to go home with a special souvenir :)

Sweet, savoury, or spicy: As a big foodie I can't decide, but lately I have been in a spicy mood. Today is taco tuesday so I'm sure as shucks getting some spicy tacos.

Current obsession: Liminal spaces, poolrooms/backrooms, vaporwave, and iridescent textures.

Last search: Probably something about anemia since I recently found out I'm anemic.

Frog Circus, Act Two.

You find yourself at the frog circus at night, the swamp is illuminated by fireflies and the croaks of all manner of amphibious attendees. You decide to visit a strange dark colored tent. It is out of the way of the usual attractions. Inside you see a group of ball pit frogs, named as such because their innards appear as if they’ve been feasting on the contents of a ball pit. Their bodies emit a bioluminescence that puts their inner workings on full display. They are crawling and hopping all along the walls and ceiling of the tent. It is humid and warm in here. Without a word, one of them drops down to offer you a brightly colored ball with star patterns on it. Do you take it?

Frog Circus, Act One.

A peculiar looking frog appears on the stage, sitting ever so inconspicuously on his jester hat lilly pad. Flies buzz around, oblivious of what’s to come. Then, as if possessed by an uncontrollable force a flurry of scarves unfurls from his mouth revealing his endless scarf trick! The scarves thrash around whipping flies out of the air as if they are nothing more than, well, flies!

Welcome to the Frog Circus!!! This is Berry. He will be your guide. He may not speak but he can make many shapes with his tongue which will *mostly* lead you to the right direction. Now please provide him with a ticket. Oh what’s that? You don’t have a ticket? Ok well maybe he’ll accept something else. What do you give to him?

The other day i was telling my teacher that i do digital art (it was relevant to a discussion) and he was like "oh you make AI art? To be fair to him he is pretty old so i don't hold it against him, but I've never wanted to explode more in my whole life.... the silver lining is that now i know that my whole class dislikes AI "art". i hope generative AI finds a way to be more ethical, cause i don't see it fully disappear at this point sadly. I do think that eventually we're gonna get some kind of laws to regulate it, Europe will probably mayyybe get on it first cause they seem to have a head on their shoulders more than asia or america for that kind of stuff. Until then we have to work hard poisoning the data bases 🫡

Funny you mention that. I've noticed now when I tell people I'm a digital artist I have to clarify that it's not the AI kind. It sucks. As if telling people you are a digital artist isn't already a hard sell in social settings. Bleh

I really wanted make what a bedroom in the pool rooms would look like. I’m very much obsessed with liminal spaces and I am testing the limits of my skill sets with this one. I wanna make more as much as I wanna find people that are as obsessed with the backrooms/poolrooms as I am.

I had been wanting to do a series of lucky cats themed after popular cats in media and omg Derpy was the perfect first candidate. He also helped me get over my intimidation over drawing cats! LMK if there are any popular cats (preferably from animation) that you’d like to see as a lucky cat :)

With the completion of my Garden Witch Hat art series I am thrilled to release a print and stickers! I try to do a little something special for all my print releases. This one includes a little "bite" taken out of the corner of each print. For the stickers, they are all transparent and sold individually or as a bundle of six.
