poor little scott summers – the boy most likely to have a nervous breakdown– prepared his whole life to lead an army by everyone he knew and trusted. and then it’s time to grow up and lead. and it’s an awkward fit on him sometimes. he’s better at walking that high wire than he knows but he’s still scott. he can’t help looking down and getting terrified. he has to work so hard to keep together what comes to most easily. and the compassion that just radiates out of the core of who scott summers is just might as well be foreign to most. he’s a good leader and a better man.

“I will freeze your feet to the floor if you come closer.” Bobbi warned him, not very fond of the idea of having someone close to her when her mutation could lash out at any given second during less stable periods. Last thing she needed was accidentally killing someone, it wouldn’t do her reputation any good. “It ain’t interesting, it’s a pain in the ass. I could send the whole freaking school back into the ice age.” To be fair, her power was usual very much under control, this recent unstability was to blame on a recent unfortunate event. 

“Dangerous crazy ice mutant?” What could he say, it was intriguing, and it only made him want to get closer. He enjoyed the risk, and the challenge, that came with such powers. “Sounds         interesting. And you should know that, it doesn’t scare me away. Actually, it’s a lot harder than that to get rid of me.” Sure, he didn’t have near as crazy of a power like that - turning someone into an ice sculpture - but he was used to people avoiding him. His mutation wasn’t so easy to hide.
