The sky gradually darkened with hues of dark blue as nighttime approaches. The familiar sounds of the Grove accompanying Hassian as his feet crunch leaves with each easy step he takes. It wasn't a successful hunt today, leaving him frustrated and tense.

It did not help that the mayor still continued to boast about the prospects of the Chapaas being suitable pets. Despite the wretched things multiplying at a dizzying rate and threatening the balance of the ecosystem. A fact the hunter consistently brings up, and it consistently falls on deaf ears.

Well. Not all ignore his loud concerns - Y/N takes his words very seriously. When they choose to, that is.

It seems so long ago since the human came to the small village. A phenomenon that has been happening all over Palia - the resurgence of humans long since thought to be a legend.

Who would've thought Hassian would be close to a species one considered lost to time?

Adjusting the strap of his quiver, he sees the sights of his home, the Grove. His body sags as he enters the area restricted to most of Bahari Bay and Kilima Valley residents. Though, to his surprise, a savory scent greets him along with the foliage.

There, he sees Y/N, plating up something from the camp fire with a content expression. One that turns to a beaming one as they glance over to notice his presence. Such unfiltered delight stutters his heartbeat. His grip tightens on his bow as he strides closer.

"What is it that you're doing?"

"Well, hello to you too!" The human chuckles as they finish up one of the plates. Straightens from their crouched position to move closer to the Majiri. Allowing the other to see exactly what they were up to. "I wanted to have dinner with you, so I made something! I got the recipe from Reth."

Hassian's gaze lowered to the offered plate - beautiful seared Sernuk steak with honey glazed potatoes greets him. The aroma arousing his stomach, which he was not aware was empty.

Yet what really caught his attention was the gesture. Y/N made him something for them both to enjoy after a long day that felt like hours of agitation.

Hassian coughs, hand raising in a loose fist up to his mouth as he averts his eyes. Feel the sensation of his face warming alongside the loud pound of his pulse.

"You didn't have to do this." Is what leaves him instead of a simple 'thank you'. Needing a moment before he lowers his fist to gingerly take the plate from the human's hands. Peering down once more at his dinner.

"But I wanted to," Y/N shrugs as they made their way back to the campfire. Confident that the Majiri would follow them. And they were right - he follows obediently without complaint. Settling on a log next to them as he forks up a small bite of the potatoes.

The honey flavor mixed with the freshness of rosemary and thyme refreshing to his tongue. Bringing a low rumble of satisfaction from his chest as he forks up a much bigger bite. Unaware of the proud grin that's bright on the human's face as they plate up their own food and eats along with him.

It's... nice.

It's hard to truly describe it, the comforting feeling that settles over them as they eat together with the added lights of the paper lantern bugs fluttering about. Vastly different from sharing food with his mother or trying one of the many new concoctions Reth creates.

He wants this to be a daily thing. Something to consistently come home to.

Oh.

Hassian pauses as he swallows a bite of Sernuk steak, peering timidly over to Y/N who chats about their day. The light of the flickering fire dancing across their faces, bringing illumination to their beautiful features. A sight that not even the greatest poet could properly capture into words.

"Hassian?"

The Majiri blinks out of his thoughts, caught staring silently at the other who only tilts their head curiously at him. Eyes still soft as they gaze at him.

"Everything okay?"

Flustered, he scoffs as he tears his gaze away. The warmth to his face now a burning heat to trails to his pointed ears as he busies himself with another bite of food.

"The food isn't bad," he grumbles around the mouthful, shrugging with his left shoulder as he gestures with his fork. "Continue - what happened with Tish?"

Y/N is quiet for a second before laughing underneath her breath. Continuing the story of their day with animated expressions and gestures.

And as they share the night together, Hassian subtly suggests another recipe that involves Sernuk meat for them to try together.

And how many requests can I ask for?

First - nope! While I do monster lover posts on main, it doesn't mean that the requests are locked into that! If a human x human is something someone wants, I'm more than happy to do it!

Second - I listed those as ones I'm more familiar with as they are currently shows I'm watching and into! But again, it's not locked to those shows. As long as the request character isn't a minor (if the req is nsfw), I can do it! It might be a little ooc, though, so apologies if I mess up their personality!

And third - there's no limits on requests! I do at least one request a week as I'm slowly getting back into it after being inactive for so long! I have been thinking about paid commissions, though. They'd be more tailored to the person's oc down to the name being used. But I'm still thinking about it and working out the details!

It can't be said that Jace didn't try his best when it came to his boyfriend. There were already obvious differences between them when it came to personality - the tiger shark himself hostile while Y/N is the sweetest thing.

Those differences are a lot more evident right now. Jace's head nestled on top of Y/N's stomach as they rest in the bedroom. The other's eyes half lidded with content as he scrolls through random shorts on his phone. Not at all aware of the pure aggression that was bubble underneath the surface of his boyfriend's skin.

Jace is trying his best here, but in these domesticate moments, it's hard to ignore his instincts.

As a tiger shark, he's well aware of just how sharp his teeth can be. Hell, even his nails are a danger if he doesn't trim them regularly. Something he does forget from time to time until the faintest hint of copper enters his lungs when he pricks the sweet merseal. Guilt forcing him lock up on the bathroom to take care of those hazards. All while Y/N reassures from the otherside of the door.

He needs to get a fucking grip on himself! He's old enough not to let his instincts dictate his life.

The merseal sighs sweetly underneath him, the gentle rise and fall of his plush form a soft vibration against him. Soft hands thread through the strands of his hair to give his scalp a light scratch, pulling a rumble of a purr from his chest.

Jace may be old enough, but Y/N is just too tempting. Too sweet of a thing that looks at him with those round trusting eyes filled with fondness.

It happens quicker than he could register - shark teeth sinking into the fabric that covered the other's belly. Slowly gnawing at the flesh there as that rumble within him grows louder. A growl that wasn't malicious but satisfied.

"Hnng. Jace?"

Y/N's eyes meet his after a hiss of his name. The only thing that sobers the mer tiger shark from his too aggressive display of affection. He detached his mouth from where it was clamped instantly. Shame curling in his chest in spite of the frown that tugs downwards on his lips.

"Sorry." He forces out through clenched fangs, resting his cheek on the other's belly instead to hide his eyes. "It's nothing."

That was always his reply when his harsher instincts make an unwanted appearance. The last thing he wants is his boyfriend to believe all those rumors about mean tiger sharks. Okay, he was a little mean but never to sweet Y/N. The most he'd do is tease him, and even that brings immediate guilt if he's pouted at.

It's silent for a moment, maybe three before another hand rests on his head. Gently guiding his gaze back up to meet the merseal's, who smiles softly down at him with a tilt of his head.

"It's okay, Jace. You're not going to hurt me."

The reassurance is nice, yet Jace is still worried. Sharks can be harsh, very harsh, in comparison to seals. What could feel like nothing to him could be very painful to the other. He huffed, wriggling up the other's body until their heads were leveled.

Though he was the one pinning Y/N down, the man below held much power of him without knowing it.

"You say that," Jace begins, his own hands holding him up by resting on either side of the merseal's skull. "But you can't be sure. Tiger sharks are a lot rougher, and--."

"I know, I know - and seals aren't."

Perhaps they had this conversation more often than Jace would like to admit, he thinks to himself.

Y/N sighs. Those beautiful eyes flutter as those hands slide down to cup his cheeks. The tiger shark nuzzling into the palms immediately, lightly nipping the flesh their to the delight of his boyfriend. Who giggles at the display.

"But we never tried, Jace." Y/N continues with a much softer tone. "I trust that you don't want to hurt me on purpose, and I get the concern. But I'd still like to try."

Jace contemplates for a moment, gaze trailing over the man's form. At the spots he'd imagine biting into so many nights. Marking the little merseal as his and his alone. Does he want to risk it, is the bigger question.

Oh, but those sweet eyes of Y/N is enough to make him do nearly anything.

"One." Jace mutters as his head descends at a leisure pace. Face tucking into the space between the other's neck and shoulder. His heart jolted at the stuttering exhale his boyfriend makes at the brush of air along his skin.

"Just one bite. Okay?"

It takes a moment for Y/N to give him an answer - a jerky nod and a stumble of agreement falling past his lips. It could be in his head, which is quickly fogging over with his instincts, but his boyfriend seems excited.

Swallowing, Jace's lips part slowly. Sharp teeth grazing the flesh there for a couple of seconds, which causes the merseal to shiver. He teases that area for a few moments longer, listening to the way Y/N's breath quickens before gingerly pressing the sharp ends of his teeth into the flesh. Which gives under the pressure.

And it's heaven.

Oh God, here we go cracks knuckles

Ollie - Looks up aesthetic photos people take of little restaurants they check out. Mostly ones within the pack territory to help show support. Also, food! Expect a lot of food reblogs.

Knox - Surprise, surprise - he looks up book recommendations! Though he prefers fiction, Knox likes to learn about history as well! He's the one to do the "this day in history" posts.

Romeo - This crybaby bro, lol. His Tumblr would be a cluster of chaos. And not in like, a Goblin who found shiny things sort of way. It would range from him complaining about something that happened that day - he tripped over his shoelace - and somehow correlated it to his S/O leaving him. Or just a picture of said S/O giving him something he likes followed by a large paragraph sobbing over how perfect they are.

Vince - A mix of photos of local bands he found and outfits of the day check. Does couple outfits with his S/O. Not like they're wearing the same thing, but more so they have the same aesthetic going on. A few other posts mixed in there of his thrift store finds. As God of this world I said it - Vince is that thrift shopper who hunts the aisles like a shark.

Cass - No, lol. Okay let me explain - Cass had to learn and keep up with the technology boom as an elder vampire. His head was fucking spinning when the boom of FB happened and then even more social media came after it. The most Cass has is a FB and an Instagram account. But there isn't daily posts like Vince or sometimes Romeo, just once in a while posts. No tumbler for this old man. He'd faint after seeing a single thirst post on this app.

Bear shifter (doesn't have a name yet!) - okay he does but it was forced upon him. He has a plethora of nieces and nephews who's determined to have this cabin living diner running man up to date with the fellow kids. Considering each slang they say has this poor man slowly going glossy eyed with static sparking up in his skull. So, one of them decided the best starter ones is Tumblr. Poor dude ventured a little too far the first day so one of the nieces decides to take the phone and have the account interact with posts that wouldn't make their uncle gray much faster.

His Tumblr is now connecting with other small diner owners and seeing what big events are happening in town. Just to know what to expect rush wise and promote special made food for these events. A little business man Tumblr.

As we all know, Ollie is a sweet one and the main leader of the pack. He's one that wants nothing but the best for his members! Pack is family, after all. Which also extends to pack allies.

When these two are together, it's like a soap opera.

Dramatic Werewolf trips during a pack run and starts whining because it hurts. Most of his injuries were a small, dull scarp, yet Ollie rushed to his side. Holding him and worrying over the other. Since, well, Dramatic Werewolf is crying like he broke every bone in his body.

Knox wants so badly to tell Ollie to stop babying him, but he just stands by and watches with a deadpan look. This kind of shit happens nearly all the time.

Ollie and Dramatic Werewolf are good friends. They just tend to fuel each other's worrying thoughts if left alone for too long. One time, Knox woke up to them, both crying on him because they worried about male pattern baldness affecting them in their Werewolf forms. It took him three hours to calm them down enough that they went right to bed. On his bed, of all places.

Basically, it's a worrier and a drama queen as bestie lol
