The most important thing I did for myself was to simplify the process. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ There’s so much overwhelming information about fat loss. Like when to eat, what to eat and what not to eat, if carbs make you fat, if sugar makes you fat, if fasting works, if this or that workout is most effective in burning fat. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Let me help you out. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Nutrition: calorie deficit. #weightlossvideo Almost a 2 year difference! 😌 I thought it would be fun to do a transformation video wearing the same shirt doing the same exercise. It is fascinating to me to see how I’ve changed and I thought others might appreciate it too. Triceps extensions used to be my least favorite. I found them really difficult (you can see it in my face) and I found it rough to stay in good form. But the ones the are the most difficult today are the ones that you will perfect tomorrow!
