I want to do the evil art style challenge (take features of your style and draw using the exact opposite features). Can you all tell me what elements you see in my art so that I can do this? Also, which drawing should I redraw for the challenge? I’m aware my style is kind of all over the place, so please tell me what pops out to you most throughout.

Sometimes the blorbo brain rot gets too real and engaging with the source material, writing/reading fanfiction, consuming fan media, and even drawing them yourself isn’t enough. No, you need to hold their face in your hands and feel the texture of their skin against your palms and their cheeks warming in your grasp and their pulse radiating against your fingertips.

I'm starting to see AI art in fanart tags and even when they are tagged as AI art, people in the reblogs tagged it as fanart.

Let me just say this once. I don't believe AI art is fanart. The way things are, it's theft. It doesn't count. The effort that fan artists put into their works cannot be equated in value with whatever an AI generates. The works with hours of applied skill and originality and love put into them are the works I want to praise on this blog.

So that being said, if I ever reblog "fanart" that is ai generated, please send me a message or an ask and let me know so I can delete it off my blog.

Edit for all the people telling me “uhhh tuberculosis still exists”: I know! :) In fact, all of these sicknesses still exist. In the modern world we live in, however, most of these are only prevalent in developing countries, and certainly not to the extent they once were.

@badninken DUDE EXACTLY. Like, blood is not really the main issue here. There are fragile bones and tendons and important muscles and nerves and like a five arteries in the hand. And Naruto didn’t stab his hand super deep but still. Like, when I was rereading it with my brother I was like, “OOH OUCH.” But the moment you mentioned with Obito dangling from a wall looks pretty bad haha.
