The Boy in the Rooftop, part 2
Sunny was on the rooftop as always. Too scared to go to Faraway and too scared to explore how the afterlife works.
Mari would usually be there, but she said she needed to check on their friends. She said she was having a bad feeling about Basil…
A part of Sunny wanted to go there too, but, he didn’t want to face what his actions did to his best a friend… he couldn’t help feeling like a coward.
Now, he was left humming as he felt the breeze on his face. When suddenly, familiar footsteps approached.
“Sunny, I am back!” Lynn announced, arriving at the rooftop. The dreamer didn’t expect that.
“Oh, hi Lynn. Nice to see you here” Sunny greeted her back.
“Glad I managed to find you. Without a phone, it’s all much harder” she joked, finding their situation interesting.
The dreamer blushed, a bit embarrassed by having to lie to her about his real condition.
“I told you I came here often” the raven-haired boy stated, a bit scared of the truth coming out.
The candy girl sat next to him.
“So, did the notebook idea worked? Did your boyfriend recover his memory?” Sunny asked, hoping his newest acquaintance managIed to solve her problem.
“I left the notebook in his room. But, the visit time ended, and I am still not sure if the memories returned” the girl in yellow replied with sadness in her voice.
The raven-haired boy couldn’t help feeling bad about her situation. But he wanted to help her.
“You are doing your best to help him out. It’s definitely going to work out eventually” the dreamer reassured her.
“It’s not… just that” the candy girl explained, avoiding his gaze out of nervousness.
Sunny was unsure on how to act next. In one hand, it seemed like she needed to vent, in the other one, he couldn’t invade her privacy.
“Now that he lost his memory, he ended up… revealing certain things to me. Things that I feel like changed everything between the two of us” Lynn mourned feeling deeply insecure about her relationship.
Sunny was a bit interested, but mostly confused about the implications. Usually, the things during the relationship were what could impact the couple.
“Okay, so, my boyfriend, Lysander, has an older brother: Leigh” she started.
‘Nod’
“And Leigh have a girlfriend: Rosalya. Who is also my best friend.”
‘Nod’
“And Rosalya met Leigh through Lysander, since they studied together and were friends.”
‘Nod’
“But, now that Lysander lost his memory… he forgot Leigh and Rosalya used to date” the girl in yellow continued. Sunny wasn’t entirely sure where the story was going, but, he felt like it wasn’t towards something good.
“And… after she visited him and left… he asked me if…” the candy girl was having a hard time finishing the sentence.
“He asked me if Rosalya was his girlfriend” she vented.
Sunny’s eyes widened. He wasn’t sure how common this situation was, but, he had never heard of two brothers interested in the same girl.
“And he also said he was deeply in love with her” she wept, hiding her face in her knees.
The dreamer couldn’t have said 100 different things… but, mixing the pressure he was feeling, with his lack of emotional intelligence…
“That’s rough, buddy…” he spoke, saying the first thing that came to mind. He regretted it soon after, even if it seemed like she felt a bit comforted by his statement.
Now it was time to put his hand on her shoulder, hopefully to make things better.
“You can’t forget that he lost all of his memories after he met you, right? Do you have any proof that he still had this feeling’s even after everything you two went through?” Sunny asked.
“I wish I could say that there weren’t but… there are. When Leigh and Rosalya had a big fight, Lys wrote a poem to her, pretending it came from his brother, but, the letter was too romantic and detailed about Rosalya to be improvised. Or when he bought a bunny and considered to name her after Rosa…” Lynn started to list all of the proof she had that there was something still there.
It was getting harder and harder for the raven-haired boy to find a bright side on the situation.
“If… you two ended up together, this means that you both also had quite a few romantic moments together, right? Dates, gifts… other romantic things I don’t know for sure how they work” the raven-haired boy said, although, he wasn’t exactly sure how real life romance looked like.
“Yeah, we did. He defended me when I was bullied, complemented me and my abilities from time to time, and… he even acted a bit jealous whenever another boy approached” Lynn spoke, feeling a bit more optimistic.
“Then, maybe, these small ‘hints’ of something there were just… don’t know, lingering feelings that might still take some time to disappear? If it was very strong, it wouldn’t disappear from day to night…” Sunny advised his newest friend.
“I guess, you are right” she admitted, finally wiping away her tears. She gave a deep breath of relief.
“You know, it’s nice to be on the other side, sometimes. I am the one who usually has to listen to someone’s problems and find a solution” Lynn joked a bit, not used to this new dynamic. Sunny just gave her a thumbs up.
“Since you helped me, I guess it’s my turn to help you. What’s your life like?” the candy girl asked, not even imagining a situation close to his.
Sunny froze. He knew that this moment would have arrived sooner or later. Still, that didn’t make him feel prepared to answer.
“Sorry if I am going to far. People tell me I usually pry to much into others’ business…” she babbled, knowing that her curiosity could be a quality, but also a flaw.
“Don’t worry, I am just not sure where to start…” he made up on the spot, while he tried to think on a way to tell his story without all of the… gory details.
“Well, I had a normal life with my family. My parent’s were a bit absent, but, my sister took care of me. I had my friend’s and that was it…” Sunny started. The beginning was, luckily the easiest part to tell.
“But, when I was 12, something very big happened to me. Then, my life turned an entire 180, and… I knew for sure nothing would be the same” he continued, looking away, ashamed at himself for his own actions.
“Recently, I tried to pick up the pieces to at least feel some closure, but my life had another turn and now… it won’t go anywhere. I am stuck on my state for forever and, I don’t know what to do about it” Sunny wept, noticing how empty his entire situation was. Nowhere to go, no chance of developing, no new experiences… he felt like he was nothing, but, maybe, that’s what he deserved…
“Sunny, I am sure that’s not true. We can always change the course of our story. The life is ours!” she tried to cheer him up.
“Lynn… I made a lot of mistakes. And by a lot, I mean A LOT. I don’t think there is a way to fix things anymore” the dreamer observed, thinking there was no redemption for him.
“Well, you feel regret about what you did. It is the first step to make things right” Lynn reassured him. The raven-haired boy gave her a small smile, amazed by her optimist. If only she knew the truth about the ‘boy’ that she was talking with in the hospital’s rooftop…
“Thanks Lynn, but, believe me, it’s a lot more complicated than that” Sunny sniffed, looking down.
The girl in yellow had more to say, but, sadly, her phone rang at that exact time.
“Sorry, it’s my friend Rosa. It seems important” she apologized, answering the call. The raven-haired boy just nodded. He understood.
“Hi Rosa, what’s up?” Lynn questioned, trying to sound optimistic. However, she quickly changed expressions.
“Wait, Castiel is punching a wall!” the girl in yellow exclaimed in worry.
“And the Doctors want to throw him out the hospital!!” she yelled in worry.
“Don’t worry, I am coming!” she replied, quickly getting up.
“Sorry, Sunny, things are getting pretty intense inside the hospital, and my friends need my help!” Lynn conceded, worried about what could happen.
“No problem” Sunny said, understanding the urgency. Before the girl in yellow left, though, she gave the dreamer one last look.
“Oh, and, Sunny!” the candy girl called. He turned around to look at her.
“Think about what we discussed, okay?” she asked, hoping that she actually managed to make a change.
“Okay” the raven-haired boy agreed. She, then, finally left.
Things got pretty quiet for a while. But Sunny was aware that he still wasn’t alone.
“I know you are here Mari” the raven-haired boy revealed. The female spirit finally showed herself.
“Sorry, I just didn’t want to interrupt your conversation with that pretty lady” the older sister teased, sitting next to her brother. He blushed hard.
“She already had a boyfriend, Mari” Sunny spoke, knowing that there wasn’t any chance of them having anything more than conversations…
“I know, I was just kidding with you” she beamed, messing his hair with her hand.
The two siblings stood there for a while, just enjoying the sunset.
“She had a point, though. You still can try to make things right” Mari advised her little brother.
“How can I do anything if I am a ghost, Mari. Everything has literally ended for me” Sunny complained.
“Well, some people can see you right? Like Lynn” the older sister questioned.
“Yes, but I don’t know why she sees me. And if anyone else can do the same…” the dreamer explained, avoiding his gaze.
“The only way you can find out is trying. Maybe, you could try speaking with Basil… he sure seems like he needs someone to talk to…” Mari sniffed, remembering the situation that the poor gardener was in.
The raven-haired boy shook his head.
“I can’t… not yet, at least” Sunny trembled. He was still far from being ready to be around any of his friends again… specially Basil.
“I will be here with you, Sunny, no matter what. And, when you are ready, I will give you all the support that you need” Mari reassured him.
Sunny just sighed and leaned into his sister, feeling weirdly sleepy.
“I just… need to take a nap now… I am so tired” the raven-haired boy yawned, quickly closing his eyes.
This whole situation, however, did brough some interesting questions to the table: why Lynn saw Sunny’s ghosts? Would anyone else be able of doing so?
Maybe they would find out that soon… maybe not. Only time would tell…
_______________________________________________ Author’s Note: Part 2 is here! Even more angsty than the first part. But, also very cute. I have ideas for more 2 parts, but I don’t know if it will happen.

Omori! You are not looking good. This is how Omori looks like the AU. After being defeated and brought back to life, he now is the same age as Sunny. However, he is still reforming, and too unstable, so, he is kind of… melting.

The Boy in the Rooftop
“You should take a break now. You have been worrying for him for days. You deserve a breath of fresh year”
Lynn sighed as she climbed the starts that lead to the hospital’s rooftop.
Her best friend Rosalya insisted that she needed time to relax after everything she went through.
What she went through? Her boyfriend, Lysander, was hit by a bus. He managed to survive almost intact… almost.
His memory was deeply affected by that. The worst part is that he didn’t remember anything that happened on this year.
He forgot all about the new students that the school received, including her.
The candy girl was trying her best to not panic and be hopeful that the gentleman would remember everything that they had lived together.
But it was hard. There had to be a way of fixing the situation… she just didn’t know what it was yet.
“Please, universe. Give me a sign” Lynn begged. She soon fell on her knees. She was emotionally exhausted from everything.
She took deep breaths and sat in the ground. When she finally regained her strength, she looked up, and saw something a bit unexpected.
One of the hospital’s patients was sitting on the ground, looking at the horizon.
“Hey, are you sure you should be here?” the candy girl asked, a bit worried.
The patient turned around to face the girl. He was a boy with raven hair and brown eyes. Well, brown EYE. He had the other one covered. Probably due to an accident.
“You… can see me? That’s… unexpected?” the boy asked. He seemed to be a bit intrigued, but seemed too sad to care about it.
Lynn had a lot of questions about his reaction, but she decided to brush it off.
“So, what are you doing here?” the girl asked. The boy kept looking at the distance.
“I needed a quiet place to think” he answered with a melancholic tone.
“Well, I guess we are on the same boat then” Lynn stated, sitting next to the patient. It took a while before the conversation continued.
“So, what’s your name? I am Lynn” the candy girl quizzed.
“I am Sunny” Sunny informed.
“Wow, that’s a cool name!” Lynn complimented.
“Thanks” he whispered, feeling a bit embarrassed. It had been a while since the dreamer had attempted to speak with anyone, but he wanted to try.
“What brings you to the hospital? You seem fine…” he babbled. He then noticed he was probably being invasive and blushed.
“Sorry, I am probably being very inconvenient now and…” Sunny attempted to apologize.
“No, don’t worry about it. I am actually visiting someone” Lynn tranquilized the dreamer.
“Oh, who is it?” Sunny puzzled.
“My boyfriend… he had an accident and lost his memories” the candy girl grieved.
“Sorry to hear that” the dreamer sympathized.
He considered putting his hands on her shoulder as a sign of support, but that felt inappropriate since they weren’t friends yet.
“The worst part is that I kind feel guilty about what happened” Lynn confessed.
Sunny was taken aback by that. He had heard this words from himself for so long that he never thought someone else could say it.
“Really?” Sunny asked.
“Well, it’s not like I was the one responsible for that, but, if I treated him better, maybe the universe wouldn’t have done that to him” the candy girl explained.
“Why do you think you treated him badly?” the dreamer questioned.
“Because… when we started to date him, I asked him to keep our relationship a secret” Lynn reply.
“Really?” the raven-haired boy quizzed.
“Yeah. It was not because I was ashamed of him or anything. It’s just that things on my school are usually… pretty chaotic” the candy girl responded.
“Chaotic?” Sunny inquired.
“There is always a new problem to solve! Like when the three popular ones stole the tests and I had to find them” Lynn answered.
“Or when the Class President and Bad Boy fought in the hallway and I had to stop them” the candy girl continued.
“Once I had to organize an entire benefit concert for the school to get funds, and most of my friends and most of my classmates turned their backs on me just because I tried to expose an ‘old friend’ of theirs!” Lynn exclaimed.
“Yikes…” the dreamer mumbled.
“Don’t get me wrong, I love my friends, and I like being able of helping them, but, sometimes, I just wished I could have a relaxing day without needing to solve someone else’s problems or being in the middle of a drama” the candy girl complained.
“It seems pretty intense” the dreamer stated.
“You have no idea…”
Lynn, then, continued to tell all of her adventures to her new friend. Sunny was very entertained by all that. It felt like he was watching a soap opera.
“Your school could really be a fanfiction written by a teenager” the dreamer commented.
“I hate that you are right” the candy girl agreed.
“And, if I understood right, Lysander is your boyfriend right?” the raven-haired boy asked.
“Yes, it’s him. He is very forgetful, and I always have to find his notepad. But he is so sweet and he cares a lot about me” Lynn confirmed.
“And what exactly is on his notepad?” Sunny questioned.
“Basically, everything. The poems he writes, the lyrics he made for his band with Castiel, a list of things to not forget, and, most importantly, the events on Sweet Amoris…” she explained.
Then, however, she had an idea.
“That’s it! Maybe, if he reads his notes, he might remember something!” she beamed, getting up and turning around to leave. She stopped midway, though.
“Wait! I haven’t got your number” Lynn remarked.
“Oh, I don’t have a phone. But, if you ever want to talk to me, I come here very often” the raven-haired boy informed.
The candy girl finally left.
Sunny finally managed to relax. He didn’t know how that girl managed to seem him, or why he felt so comfortable around her, but it felt nice.
However, he was scared she would find out she was talking to a ghost.

This isn't canon in any way, shape or form. It was crossover between my AU and @ask-bad-end-sunny
I sent in as a submission there too, but, it would have made the story confusing, so, it wasn't published. So, I decided to post it here!
I love the bad ending ask blog. Go follow them!

So, I made this small cover for my AU! Featuring Sunny, Lynn, and some mysterious sillluetes! (Totally Basil, Kel and Aubrey aren’t there *wink*).

I Finally finished these two! Besides updating a bit of Lynn’s Redesign (the proportions specifically), I created a design for each outfit (or well, the main ones) that the two will use through the story). And No, I won’ be doing one for each member of the cast. Just Lynn and Sunny cause they are the main ones.

Did one of these for fun! One for each Sunny ship.
Sunlight (Sunny + Lynn)
Suntan (Sunny + Kel)
Sunflower (Sunny + Basil)
Sunburn (Sunny + Aubrey).
Warning: This are based on my Headcanons for the characters, and how I usually write for them in the AU. It’s not canon most of the things here.

Okay, I finally created a design for this two that I am satisfied with. I feel like this fits more with their personal styles and personalities (and also the fact that Lynn looked too much like Aubrey and I wanted to change that).

Chapter 3: Unexpected Bonding
“Alright… now that… we are all… here, we can… start our first session” Violette stated in front of the art club. She was clearly shy and embarrassed at talking in front of the other members.
There was one small problem, though…
“Uhm, Violette, are you sure we are all here?” Lynn asked.
It turned out that only she, Sunny and Violette were at the club.
“Well… there is… only the three of us… in the club” the purple-haired girl mumbled.
The brunette girl was surprised by the statement.
“I have a hard time… talking to people… so, it was… hard to… find more people…” the purple haired girl explained.
The meeting, though, was quickly interrupted.
“AUGH! AUGH!” a small dog burst through the room, barking a lot.
“WHAAA?” Violet asked, confused at the dog’s intrusion. The shock was so big that she accidentally tripped and fell on the ground.
“VIOLETTE!” the candy girl screamed, rushing to save her friend from hitting the ground. Sunny soon joined her.
“Thank… you…” the purple haired girl uttered. The dog kept running in circles through the class.
“Why is a dog here in school?” Lynn questioned.
“Well… it’s the…” Violette started to explain.
“KIKI!” the principal’s voice echoed through the walls as she entered the room. As soon as she did, though, the dog soon left.
“Kiki, you are going to hurt yourself! Come back!” the principal shouted, begging her beloved pet to come back.
But it seemed like he was happy with running free and wild without his owner’s presence.
“Is everything alright, Mrs. Shermansky?” the brunette girl asked, worried for the principal. Shermansky, though, quickly changed tones.
“You all, GO AFTER MY BABY BEFORE HE HURTS HIMSELF!!” she ordered.
“Mrs. Shermansky… we are in a… club meeting” Violette tried to explain.
“Only the club leader needs to stay, the others can and will GO!” Shermansky demanded.
_____________________________________________________
“Can you believe she did that?!” Lynn asked Sunny, indignant at the situation.
“She shouldn’t even bring the dog to the school. And it was her responsibility, and, even then, she forces US to solve the problems?!” she continued.
“Abuse of Power” the raven boy commented.
These two had already stood three days at that school, and in all of these days, they were forced to walk around through the school and solve problems.
Was this normal for this people?
“Dog” the dreamer said, pointing somewhere. Lynn processed his statement for a few seconds, until, she actually saw where he was pointing.
“There he is!” the brunette girl exclaimed, running to finally catch the dog.
The little canine, though, seemed persistent. He quickly ran into the Student Body’s room to escape.
_____________________________________________________
“Come on, Kiki. Just come here!” Lynn asked, jumping to catch the canine.
He managed to dodge it and run again.
“Ouch!” the brunette girl said, feeling pain as she felt on the ground. However, the dog forgot that there was another chaser after him.
“Gotcha” Sunny said, grabbing the dog with his hands. Kiki, however, still wanted to play. So, he bit the dreamer so he could escape.
“NO!” Lynn exclaimed, noticing that the dog escaped the room once again.
“Oh, my goodness, are you alright?” a gentle and worried voice questioned.
When the candy girl looked up, she noticed that there was a third person on the room.
It was a girl with a delicate and polite demeanor. She had long brown hair and blue eyes.
She offered her hand so that Lynn could get up.
“Sort of. I am mostly disappointed that the dog ran away again” the candy girl answered, with a polite smile as an answer.
“Mrs. Shermansky’s dog can be quite hard to handle, sometimes. But, don’t worry, he eventually gets tired” this mysterious girl stated.
For a few seconds, the candy girl looked deeply in the girl, trying to recognize her.
“Oh, where are my manners! My name is Melody and I am part of the Student Body. Nice to meet you” Melody stated, presenting herself.
“Nice to meet you, Melody. My name is Lynn” the candy girl said, also presenting herself.
“Oh, I already knew that. Nathaniel informed me of your arrival at the school” the polite girl stated. This made Lynn notice something.
“Speaking of Nathaniel, where is he?” the candy girl asked.
“Oh, he is still recovering from yesterday’s attack. It seems that a crazy gothic boy joined school and he…” Melody started to explain, but she stopped once she noticed that Sunny was also there.
“… well… he hasn’t come today. So, I will be handling things on my own today” the polite girl finished her explanation. It was clear that Sunny’s presence was making her uncomfortable.
“Okay. Well, if you don’t mind, we still need to find the dog. We really don’t want to anger Mrs. Shermansky” Lynn spoke.
“That’s very prudent of you! Mrs. Shermansky can get quite… intense, when the topic is Kiki…” Melody said.
With nothing else to say, the duo left.
_____________________________________________________
Back at the hallways, following the dog wouldn’t be of any use, anymore, because he had disappeared.
“Great, how are we going to find her?” Lynn asked, putting her hands in her face.
Sunny, who was more attentive than his partner, noticed something quite interesting in the ground.
He knelt down so that he could take a better look.
“What are you doing?” the brunette girl asked.
“Someone spilled something in the ground, and it seems like Kiki didn’t notice it” the raven boy noticed.
The candy girl, finally looked at the ground and saw exactly what he was talking about.
“She left her pawprints everywhere she went!” Lynn exclaimed, noticing all of the pawprints ahead.
They both got up and the brunette girl immediately gave the boy a kiss on the cheek, leaving his face flustered.
“Great job, Sunny!” the candy girls said.
“I… didn’t… even… do… much” the quiet boy murmured. He was too overwhelmed with emotions to say anything that was louder.
Lynn, who didn’t hear anything, just went after the little canine.
The raven boy was still lost in his senses. He would never expect a kiss to cause this sort of effect.
“You don’t deserve it”
Sunny was startled, and he immediately turned around to see who it was.
“No… no…” the raven boy uttered in fear. The person that was there was someone he never wanted to see again. His biggest enemy and rival across the years.
The person that trapped Sunny inside his own house, on his own MIND. For years… he lived on that catatonic state… all due to… him.
“Omori” the raven boy announced. Omori was there in flesh… well, technically not flash, because Omori didn’t even have a physical form… but, his presence was there… ominously staring and judging his creator’s actions and thoughts.
“You don’t deserve a fresh start… not after ruining the chances of any of them getting a chance of having a fresh start” the alter-ego said with a serious and venomous tone.
“Stop it! I don’t want to think about any of that anymore!” Sunny shouted, wanting to repel that phase of his life as far away as he can.
All he managed to do, though, was angering Omori. He started to expel a weird black goop form his eyes and his hands.
“Aubrey lost all of her joy… Kel is now left with none of his best friends… Basil is drowning himself in guilt… Hero lost the love of his life… and Mari… she will never live the life she always dreamt” the alter-ego commented, while approaching his creator.
“Do you really think you deserve anything other than being buried 6 feet deep under the ground? Where no one will ever have to think about you again” Omori whispered in his master’s ear.
“Shut up!” the raven boy exclaimed, turning around, and running as fast as possible so that he wouldn’t have to look in the face of his nemesis anymore…
_____________________________________________________
Following the dog’s pawprints, Sunny ended up arriving at the school’s gym. It was the first time either him or Lynn had stepped there.
Speaking of her, the brunette girl was clearly worried.
“Where were you?! I had just arrived here when I turned around and saw you disappeared! I was worried sick!” the candy girl shouted.
“Sorry, I had some problems along the way…” the shy boy ended up looking away, not knowing how to explain his own dilemma with himself.
She took a deep breath and relaxed.
“Well, I am just glad you are here” Lynn stated, relieved. They stood in silence for a while.
“Did you have any luck finding the dog?” the raven boy questioned. The brunette girl showed him a collar.
“Not much… There were no pawprints left to follow, and all I managed to find was this collar” Lynn explained, a bit disappointed their quest still wasn’t over.
“Oh, so you two are the new forced dog sitters?” a new voice asked.
It was a really tall girl, with dark hair and green eyes. She had a pretty chill aura, and seemed someone who was genuinely cool to be around.
“Yeah, and it hasn’t been easy” Lynn complained, a bit tired of having to obey the principal’s unrealistic requests.
“No need to worries. All you have to do is wait for new newbies to arrive and they will be the new errand boys” the tall girl explained.
“That’s good to hear” the brunette girl said, giggling a bit.
“Guess it’s time to introduce myself. I am Kim” Kim announced.
“Nice to meet you, Kim. I am Lynn, and this boy here is Sunny” the candy girl spoke, introducing themselves.
The shy boy, though, seemed to be aloof for some reason. His friend snapped him out of it by elbowing him.
“Sorry, I was thinking on someone with the same name… Hi, I am Sunny” the raven boy said, presenting himself.
“You are the boy that sprayed pepper on Castiel and Nathaniel, right?” Kim asked. Sunny blushed.
“Yes… I am…” the quiet boy mumbled a bit embarrassed by his actions. He used to few proud at defending his friend… but… after his earlier reunion, he started to feel guilty about that.
“Kid, getting in the middle of those two is something that only few can do. You deserve a lot of respect” the tall girl stated.
The raven boy was a little bit surprised by that. He didn’t expect she would say that.
“Thanks… but… it was nothing…” the shy boy mumbled quietly.
“You two should try to search for her on the garden. He likes being outside” Kim suggested.
“Thank you! Time to go!” Lynn exclaimed, leaving the gym. Sunny, this time, wanting to avoid any unwanted meeting, went after her.
_____________________________________________________
The two also had never been in the garden. They did go to the school’s outdoor areas in the past to talk with Castiel, but, they have never gone to that specific area.
“They even have a greenhouse!” the brunette girl shouted, surprised by the quality of that garden.
“It’s better if we split up. I will search in the greenhouse, and you can search for her outside” the candy girl suggested.
Before they could actually go with the plan, they heard something nearby.
“Let go of my skirt, you little flea-bitten dog!!”
The duo ended up following the noise, and came across a pretty unusual sight.
A white-haired girl, who was around their age, was having her skirt bitten by Kiki, who clearly didn’t want to let her go.
“It was pretty expensive to make this skirt! Just let it go!” the girl growled, trying to push the dog away, while trying to save her skirt of being damaged.
Lynn and Sunny, seeing the situation, slowly started to approach the canine.
“Gotcha!” the brunette girl claimed, finally managing to grab that little dog. She still didn’t want to let the skirt go, though.
So, Sunny, carefully, put his hands around the dog’s muzzle, and made him release the skirt.
Then, he put the collar around the muzzle to make sure the little pet wouldn’t try to bite them again.
“No more escaping for you, little miss” the candy girl joked, satisfied with the end of that task.
“Sorry for all the trouble. This little girl here has been causing problems for the whole day” Lynn apologized to the girl.
“Honestly, I don’t understand why Mrs. Shermansky keeps brining Kiki to the school. She is always causing trouble!” the white-haired girl complained, angry at her principal’s decision.
“I hope your skirt wasn’t damaged. It’s truly beautiful!” the brunette girl commented, charmed by the outfit.
“Thank you! I made it myself” the white-haired girl said with a big smile on her face.
“Really! So cool!” the candy girl exclaimed.
“I don’t think I have ever seen you two before. You must be the new ones, right?” the designer asked.
“Yep. I am Lynn, and he is Sunny” Lynn spoke. Sunny, this time, just waved.
“Nice to meet you, I am Rosalya” Rosalya introduced herself.
“Well, we would love to keep talking, but we need to return this dog” the brunette girl said.
“It’s okay! I have my own set of appointments to go” the white-haired girl said.
They bid their farewells and left.

After they managed to handle Kiki back to their principal, the two were feeling victorious.
“Guess we will be able of finishing our meeting with the Club!” Lynn cajoled.
“Not so fast!”
The dreamer and the brunette girl were addressed by a girl that had light-brown hair and a microphone on her hand.
“I have been looking for you two for the whole day! You both won’t escape now!” this girl claimed, with her microphone in hand.
“Uhm… who are you?” the candy girl asked, completely confused by that girl’s presence.
“I am Peggy, the one and only Journalist of the school. I always have the most shocking news to tell” Peggy answered, clearly boosting with confidence.
‘Oh, man, here we go…’
“Ever since I heard that a new boy attacked both Nathaniel and Castiel at once, I knew I had to write an article about it!” the journalist explained, with a malicious smirk on her face.
The candy girl, noticing that the interviewer had the worst intentions in mind, decided to defend him.
“Look, it was simple. They were fighting, I tried to stop it, Sunny was afraid to get hurt, and intervened in my defense. That’s it” Lynn answered.
Peggy clearly didn’t like the answer. She frowned, and gave them a nasty look.
“Oh, come on, there is definitely more than that! A mysterious boy with a scar on his face joins the school, has pepper spray on his backpack, and attacks two boys at once to defend a girl. Like, where did you come from? How often do you use this spray?” the journalist started to bombard the shy boy with questions.
“Stop it! You are making him uncomfortable!” the brunette girl warned.
Noticing that she wasn’t getting any answers, Peggy ended up coming up with a better plan.
“Okay. Since you won’t tell me, I will have to come up with my own hypothesis and conclusions!” the journalist said, leaving with a wicked expression.
“I have a bad feeling about all of this. But, it’s probably for the best if we don’t think about that for now, right?” the candy girl suggested.
Sunny, however, was, once again, lost in his thoughts. The journalist’s insinuations ended up bringing a lot of his insecurities to surface.
“She will find out. And when she does, no one in the school will dare to look in your face. Not even Lynn” Omori said from behind the dreamer’s shoulder.
The shy boy startled to tremble. Omori had returned, and he was determined to torture him as much as he could.
‘SHECANTFINDOUTSHECANTFINDOUTSHECANTFINDOUT’
He started to grip his pants tight. He had the urge of hiding in his bed and stay there for the whole week. Fortunately, someone was there to bring him out of the spiral.
“Sunny? Earth to Sunny, is everything okay?” Lynn asked, worried about her friend’s state.
The dreamer, although was clearly brought back to reality, remained silent.
“Is something wrong?” the brunette girl asked. The shy boy scratched his arms for a few seconds before saying something.
“Lynn… what do you think about me?” Sunny asked, not being brave enough to look into her eyes while asking.
The candy girl was surprised by that question, since she would have never expected this question.
“Oh, Sunny, you have been nothing but a great company until now” Lynn answered with a smile.
The dreamer boy was speechless… well, even more than usual.
“You might look like a scary person from the outside, but you helped me out a lot already. I couldn’t imagine having to solve all of these problems in the school without you” the brunette girl stated.
Sunny blushed and smiled.
“Thank you… I really like your company too” the shy boy spoke. She smiled.
“Well, now that the pretty heartwarming moment is over, we should go back to the club. Poor Violette is probably worried about us” the candy girl stated.

After a really short meeting at the Art Club (really short because it basically took the entire day to go after Kiki), Sunny and Lynn were ready to go back home.
“Lynn! Wait!” Ken shouted from behind, trying to reach the duo.
“Ken? What’s going on?” the brunette girl asked.
“I… just… wanted to… say… goodbye…” the shy boy said, panting out of tiredness. The candy girl furrowed eyebrows, but, decided to answer him either way.
“Okay. See you, Monday, then” Lynn said.
“That’s the thing, I won’t be coming back” the short boy explained.
“Wait, what?!” she questioned, not understanding what was going on.
“After I told my dad what Amber has been doing to me, he was disappointed that I was suffering in the hands of a ‘little girl’. So, he decided to send me to military school, so that I can finally ‘man-up’” Ken explained, clearly sad to leave.
Sunny and Lynn genuinely didn’t know what to say about that. Ken’s father had such a sexist and misogynist mind set that… they didn’t even think still existed nowadays.
“I don’t know if I will ever return, but, please, don’t forget about me” the short boy begged.
“Of course, Ken. Don’t worry” the brunette girl answered. She gave him one final hug, and then, Ken left.
She clenched her fists in rage.
“I am starting to get tired of Amber. That girl is making everyone’s life a nightmare!” the candy girl complained.
“Do you… plan on doing something about that?” Sunny asked.
Lynn stood quiet for a few seconds, carefully thinking about what her answer would be.
“I am… just, don’t know what its going to be yet” the brunette girl said, trying to sound epic.

First Chapter/Previous Chapter/Next Chapter
______________________________________________________________
Author’s Note: And… the chapter (who changed titles) is ready! I had finals to do, so, it took a while to finish this.
Honestly, I think it was a great idea to move the girls introduction from the next chapter to this one. I just didn’t manage to do it with Capucine, cause she has a very specific arc.
As for Rosalya, Peggy, Kim and Melody, they were quiet easy to fit them.
Besides, the absence of Castiel and Nathaniel due to Sunny’s attack gave me the perfect opportunity to add more characters.
Please, please, please review. It is what gives me strength to continue writing.

I know the story is still in it’s early stages, but, is it bad that I already have ideas of what to do in case I write sequels with the evens of University Life and Love Life 😅?

Omori – My Candy Restart Headcanons:
(For my My Candy Love X Omori AU crossover)
1- In the OG game, Lynn needed to use specific outfits for the Love Interest she wanted to conquer. However, in MCR, she only uses one. That’s because Sunny doesn’t care which outfit she uses.
2- Armin already played Pet Rocks, but, he thinks the game is one of those cheap bootlegs.
3- Iris drinks Orange Joe regularly.
4- Lysander and Sunny like to exchange some poems from time to time. Lys doesn’t want to invade the personal space of his friend, but he is trying to get a better grip on Sunny’s reasons.
5- Kentin doesn’t like Sunny. He just used to hide it before. He envies how much time he got to spend with Lynn.
6- After making up, Aubrey and Lynn would probably be good friends.
7- I like to imagine Lynn ends up with different guys on other Omori AUs. But she always feels like something is missing.
8- Although Castiel really doesn’t like Sunny, he still hates Nath more (which, can change).
9- Rosalya is unsure about Sunny, but, if her friend likes him, she supports it.
10- If all highschool LI were trapped in a closet, Cas, Nath and Kentin would fight, Lys would try to break up the fight, Armin would watch with popcorn, Alexy would be disappointed on his brother, and Sunny would zone out until he is out.
11- Sunny isn’t really that jealous towards the other boys. He still hasn’t noticed they like her, but, even if he did, he wouldn’t hate them. Just feel a bit insecure.
12- Lynn, on the other hand, would probably jump to attack Basil, Kel and Aubrey if she felt jealous.
13- I like to think that Mari and Lynn would probably have a hard start. Mari would be scared of Lynn cheating on Sunny, and feel like she is only using him for something. They would eventually get along.
14- If Lynn met Sunny during his childhood, the whole incident on the stairs would have probably not happened, and the two would already be dating from the start of their high school life.
15- Since Jade, Dajan and Dake don’t appear (look, we already have enough drama here, everybody), I like to imagine they probably went somewhere else.
16- If Sunny was in My Candy Restart, his loveometer would either be a mystery the player couldn’t see, or just get higher no matter the answer.
17- Meanwhile, if Lynn was in Omori, her main emotion would be “in love”. No idea of her attacks, though.
18- Sunny and Armin’s game competitions can last days with no breaks.
19- Basil and Violette have similar vibes and cry a lot together. Alexy usually consoles them after.
20- I imagine the canon My Candy Restart is set on one of the ends where Sunny dies.
