nami knowing about zoro before ever meeting him is something that has always fascinated me. like it obviously makes sense that she would given his reputation and her line of work, but he's specifically a pirate hunter. known for being a demon, for being stupidly strong.
for someone who hates pirates as much as she does, whose line of work is robbing them, to hear about a man hunting them down and cashing in their bounties...
what must she have thought of him before this moment right now? did she ever think about what would happen if she ran into him while stealing from pirates? did she ever think about teaming up with him? about how much she could make working with him if she could just convince him to team up and split the reward? even just a finder's fee + whatever loot they have would be enough of a stable way to raise the money she needed. all that, while ALSO cleaning up the east blue of pirate scum? making it safer for people in situations like hers but without the hope of escape?
idk really just makes me wonder
