Uhg- yesterday I did not workout! Only the third day of my challenge and I couldn鈥檛 find the time. Oh well, everyone has days like that. Today I鈥檓 back on it, and that鈥檚 what really matters. 馃挭馃徏 DAY 4- 70 burpbees, 70 sit-ups.

Wow it鈥檚 only day 2 of my 21 day challenge and I almost didn鈥檛 do a workout! This is not easy, but it is worth it. So glad I worked up the energy to do something, even if it鈥檚 simple. That鈥檚 all that matters. ( Day 1 was at the gym Friday night)

21 day exercise challenge
Today I started my own 21 day exercise challenge. Every Friday for the past 4 weeks I鈥檝e been going to a bootcamp that my Dr. Runs and I have to say it is kicking my butt! BUT I love how strong I am starting to feel, how my waist is shrinking, and although not huge there is a difference in the way I look at myself.. Feeling this good about working out a couple times a week is great but I want it to be a new habit. This challenge will help make that happen! I鈥檓 excited. It鈥檚 time to make my dream a reality.

This is my journey || I'm 19 years old and finally taking my health seriously. Working out and eating clean has never been something that I've done consistently.. The past couple of months slowly but surely I've been working out and eating cleaner. I decided to document this process not only my for my benefit, but for those who are in the same boat as me! We need each other. When the sun goes down I want to be one day closer.
