A 1:75 ONEOFF Architectural Model of Liora, a residential project by @pininfarinaofamerica-blog for Excem Real Estate, located in Estepona, Spain.

Liora is the Winner project of the International Architecture Award 2021

Liora’s facade design take inspiration from Andalusian long and rich history reflected in its characteristic Moorish architecture: a foliage theme that became recognizable through the entire project and can be found both indoors and outdoors.

Located between the renowned Marbella and Sotogrande, on Costa del Sol, this project embodies the height of luxury, with stunning views of North Africa, the strait of Gibraltar and the breathtaking sunsets of Sierra Bermeja Mountains.

1,067 meters long, it has 19 spans that are 40 meters high and are supported by 18 pylons.On both sides of the roadway 18 light antennae are distributed, 28 meters high, aesthetically representing the masts of the vessel to which the viaduct resembles.

ONEOFF precious Architectural Model of the ITAS Forum in Trento realized by Fondazione Itas, project by BBS Studio The brand new structure is located in the Albere district in Trento. Recently inaugurated, it includes a 250-seat auditorium and some event rooms, including one with 99 seats. The building is made with a steel structure and characterized by a particular external façade, entirely provided with prefabricated cells and characterized by the presence of an external cladding with vertical painted aluminum pilasters. The model facades are precisely realized with laser cutting, incisions and raster.
