Head full of one thought and one thought only and that is Scho in an apron feeding a deer out of his hand when Blake comes out of their partially hidden, dark wood cottage also in an apron, hands white from flour as he was just giving his Saturday loaf it’s final proofing and he just looks at Scho and then Scho looks back from the deer and Blake just says that he looks like that doe and when I tell you my eyes are watering at this they are WATERING

ugh im so sad they cut out that part in 1917 at the end when blake shows up like "whoa!! I did not die!!! just passed out buddy, fix me stab wound innit" and then schofield and blake are sent home where they purchase a cottage together and live out their days as a couple farming cherries by a brook and they both live a long fulfilling life
