BUT GUYS. imagine muggleborns who find out they’re wizards and their families are very religious. Imagine their parents gasping in horror and begin crying  because of how terrible they think it is. Imagine how there were probably families like the Dursleys that thought if they could treat their children like shit , then they could squeeze the magic, they could squeeze the ‘sin’ out of them. Imagine muggleborns that parallel those coming out of the closet to their religious parents, fighting to say ‘you cant change me.’ Imagine Dumbledore going out of his way just like he did with Harry to insure their ‘safety’ at Hogwarts, where they finally can breathe and feel at home and accepted.
