psa: nessie might be back under a new url

hey pals, i know a while back there were psas about nessie going around and she left the community a few months ago. a new blog has popped up that raised a few red flags for me and for my friends who have experienced issues with nessie in the past.

if you believe me and don’t feel like reading under the cut, the blog is rikrgif. my advice is do not interact with their blog - just simply block and move on.  i repeat: do not interact with the blog. it isn’t worth the time/energy/etc; and if it isn’t nessie and we find that out later… then we simply unblock and call it a day.

not everything that is empowering for white girls is empowering for black girls

since i’ve been seeing discourse around jewish fcs lately, why is there so much emphasis on not erasing the judaism of white fcs like zoey deutch, ronen rubinstein, or odeya rush, but not fcs of color like zoe kravitz, ryan potter, or chella man? at least 12-15% of the american jewish population (i couldn’t find international stats on this, rip) are jews of color and they are no “less jewish” than white jews, yet the rpc seems to completely ignore the fact that they exist and that their judaism shouldn’t be erased either.

that makes me think you guys really don’t care about jewish representation at all, you just want to use us for ““diversity points”“ so you can feel better about continuing to only play white fcs. it’s transparent as hell. do better.
