                       Ground Turkey and Vegetable Spaghetti
                                                     Meal for 4
Organic Ingredients
1lb. of Ground Turkey Breast
Box of whole grain Spaghetti noodles
Can of Cento Stewed Tomato's
Can of Cento Diced Tomato's
Can of Cento Tomato Paste
6-8 Asparagus Stalks
1/4 cup of Fresh Basil Peso
Head of Broccoli
Green Bell Pepper, Diced
2 Cloves of Garlic, Diced
Jalapeno, Diced
Kale, Cut
1/2 Lemon
Spinach
Yellow Onion, Diced
Mushroom, Sliced
Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Turmeric
Parmesan
                                         Directions For Sauce
In a frying pan Brown Ground Turkey, Seasoning with salt, pepper, and Tumeric
In a separate large sauce pan over medium- low heat, open and pour in your diced, stewed, and tomato paste, and 1/4 cup of basil pesto. Stir
When Turkey is Browned, Stir into sauce
Cook your Vegetables  "Al Dente" leaving them crunchy and not fully cooked so they don't wither away to nothing while cooking in the sauce
Dice Garlic, Onions, Slice Mushrooms; Saute for 1-2 minutes over Medium-High Heat in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Stir into Sauce
Cut Asparagus and broccoli to size, don't include the chewy fibrous stalks of both vegetables
Saute for 5-7 minutes over medium heat in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Stir into Sauce
Peal and Slice up Zucchini and yellow squash, Saute for 3-5 minutes in a Frying pan over medium heat with sunflower oil. Stir into sauce
Cut up 1/2 of a bell pepper and dice 1/4 of your jalapeno, Saute for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan with sunflower oil over medium heat. Stir into sauce.
Stir in a handful of Spinach and a handful of Kale into your Sauce
Squeeze the juices of 1/2 of a lemon, and a teaspoon of Turmeric,       Stir Sauce
At this point your sauce is complete everything that i suggested has been added, Now if i were YOU, I would let that pot of sauce simmer on a low temperature for the next 2-3 hours, Gently infusing all of the flavors of the sauce together as one. If you don't have time for that no problem follow the directions to boil your noodles and enjoy.
                                         Boiling Your Noodles
In a separate large sauce pan bring 8-12 cups of water to a boil
Add tablespoon of olive oil
Break Noodles in half, Add to water
Boil until "Al Dente" or firm to the bite (about 8-10 minutes)
Drain
                                                     Enjoy
