Astarion was ensnared by the scent of her. Her aroma was a combination of jasmine and roses, that always lingered in the air like a spell. He could not resist her. He needed her, he yearned for her. She was his salvation, his muse, his everything. He loved her, desperately, with every fiber of his being. And to his surprise, she loved him back.

My new tattoo based on @misspr0npieartz art piece she made for me. This is also my interpretation of my own Medusa tattoo. Astarion means so much to me, he has healed me in so many ways. He made me confront things my brain decided to block away for protection. He has genuinely saved my life and he continues to pull me out of this darkness I have been walking in for sometime now. I knew I always wanted a tattoo, but I wanted something meaningful and personal, I finally found it with Astarion. I wanted to also add my OC Durge Lorena because she also means a lot to me. I based her on me, she is all the things I am (kind, empathetic, suffering trauma, walking in darkness, trying to heal) but also, she is all the things I wished to be (brave, powerful, ethereal, elegant, a badass). Their love, that lives rent free in my brain, has been so healing. People might think im crazy for doing this, but they dont know how much BG3 saved me, especially Astarion.
