So I haven't been posting everyday and it's mostly because I've been quite bad with my food selection. Aside from that the personal trainer I signed up with at my gym got fired so I didn't feel the need to actually follow through with what I had said I would do. But after heading over to this excellent salad bar take out place by my work I thought I should share this very healthy salad selection: Kale - 1/2 cup loosely packed Arugula - 1/2 cup loosely packed Smoked Salmon - 4" long, 1/8" sliver thick Edamame - 1/4 cup Capers - hand full Feta Cheese - 4 tsp Quinoa - 5 tbsp Tabouleh - 3 tbsp Cucumbers - 6 small slices Honey Dijon dressing - 3 tbsp I wonder what the nutritional information would be for this salad.

🐡🐟🐠 MIA at The Aquarium 🐠🐟🐡 Mia really enjoyed the Aquarium. It was really a lovely aquarium. One day I'd like to design an aquarium. It would be lovely. Especially the Jellyfish exhibit. I can't wait to go again. Though that day we spent a total of 100 dollars it wasn't as much as I thought we would spend actually. It's definitely making me double think the amount of money I spend in Starbucks. What was really cute was that just a day before we had just bought Mia some toys for her bath time. She was very excited with them inside the package of one of those toys was a fish. In fact they were all lake animals. I remember that she didn't even want to get out of the bath tub. Anyways as she was in the aquarium she was holding one of those little toys, the goldfish to be exact. At the aquarium there were areas where she was allowed to go and play and interact with the exhibits. In particular with the dangerous exhibits which showed sharks. Throughout that exhibit there was a part where you didn't have to walk through the exhibit at all, and what you would do - I guess kinda like you would at an airport -is just stand there and look. It was nice. I'm not sure that the design was the very best, I believe it could've been done much better. I wonder who the architects were. Did they have a lot of experience designing them? Anyhow. Through that motorized part of the dangerous sea creatures Mia was kinda walking along the inclined area that was slightly diagonal, she was just cutely stepping along all whilst she was looking up and placing her head backwardly along my shoulder. Just completely cute. At the end of the motorized exhibit there was a particular part that allowed children to “walk”/ crawl through a glass cylinder thoroughfare for children. At first Mia was scared to walk through, but I kinda made her face a fear; I think, she at first cried. I think she actually cried because she saw too many individuals trying get through there. Then she carefully at first crawled through and I crawled right behind her, I think that made her feel secure. She went through carefully, sadly people behind us were inpatient and didn't truly allow her to experience it truly but she enjoyed it so much that she wanted to go back… I didn't let her though, there were too many children. It was most likely too full because we ended up going on Victoria Day, the best thing would be to go and let Mia roam and not restrain her to the stroller which most of the time she sadly was. It was beautiful all in all. At the end of the day Mickey and I thought it would be wise for us to live downtown instead. I think that would be the best. We need to save up our money to make that happen.
