Camlann is a podcast that follows a group of survivors after the Cataclysm, an apocalyptic event in which many stories became real. Most of the survivors are people with Names from said stories, and the more "characters" you gather, the stronger the story gets, for good and for ill.
There's mythology, folk songs, great soundscaping, and wonderful characters. There's only a few episodes out right now, so it's easy to catch up, and I recommend it so so much.
i think abt silver's first scene literally all the time like i think it's overshadowed bc silver's such a clown in the first couple seasons but the first thing we learn abt him is that he kills an innocent man with no apparent qualms so that he'll have a better chance of surviving the next 2 hours. he murdered someone over a piece of paper (which he didn't even know anything about, beyond that it had something valuable on it!). we never see him struggle with it he never brings it up (except for saying things like "the guilt will pass if you let it" which. well) like the level of brutality that requires is batshit crazy
then he TRICKS you into thinking he's naive or bad at violence or dumb with good intentions or a silly hedonist. he does that little act for long enough & you forget that this is the prequel to a story about a vicious murderer. God i love him
