Someone twisted this Jewish family’s menorah into the shape of a swastika

Naomi Ellis and her her husband Seth spent Friday morning — the morning after the sixth night of Hanukkah — trying to explain to their three young sons why someone had vandalized the menorah the family had put out on their yard by twisting the metal pieces into the shape of a swastika.

The Ellis family had only built the 7-foot-tall menorah on the front lawn of their home in Chandler, Arizona, because their sons, ages 5, 7 and 9, had asked their parents if the family could decorate their home like the neighbors did for Christmas, the Washington Post reported. Read more.

OCTOBER UPDATE 

New, updated commission post :D There are some major updates:

- Starting from 3rd of October commission slots will be limited to 6-8 per month. Cards are my favourite thing to work on though, so I might take on extra commissions of that type depending on my time - just shoot me an e-mail if you’re interested! 

- The list with slots availability information can be found HERE. I’ll be adding more slots if I have enough time, so watch for updates, or contact me if you’d like to be put on the waiting  list.

- New category + some pricing changes (those who contacted me and were put on my list before Oct 2nd will still be charged using the old pricing)

As before, all characters, ships and ideas are welcome - as long as it’s not somehthing generally considered as offensive or heavily nsfw it’s okay. I post watermarked version of the drawings on my blog, so if you’d like me to not do that or not tag you please let me know. Payment via PayPal invoices, half up front, half after the drawing is completed.  Feel free to ask if you’re not sure about something :D
