This is a gorgeous commission I got from the incredibly talented CabbageArtss (whose commission information is here WINK WINK NUDGE NUDGE. No seriously please go get art from them, you won’t regret it)

What does this commission depict, might you ask? Well...

I have actually been continually writing/updating an Inscryption fanfic since September, and am just now posting about it here.

The First Person is a creative retelling of Act 3 of Inscryption involving an original character as the in-game Challenger.

P03′s Challenger is timid, deferent, and offers little resistance to its plans. Believing him to be thoroughly wrapped around its claw, it pushes him to play its game and complete the Great Transcendence, whether he likes it or not. But soon the Scrybe of Technology begins to sense that not everything is as it seems...

Chapters are (usually) fairly small, but updates are regular -- I post on Sundays and always try to be a fair bit ahead of my upload schedule so that I have a safe buffer! I would love for you to check it out if you could. : ) And feel free to leave comments -- while they’re currently moderated, I will approve basically anything as long as it is respectful and in good faith!

Today marks the one year anniversary that I started planning this crazy Cosplay, might as well share the journey here

After the wild ride that was the game Inscryption, the brain worms took over thinking how could I make a Cosplay with a working screen for a face, no legs, and a crank for a left arm..

Luckily I work in a warehouse and cardboard is of no short supply to mock up potential cosplays, it did help that P03 is very boxy to begin with.

The face and animated light skirt were a whole other nightmare as I've never done anything like it before. I used an old iPad for the face and recreated almost all of P03's facial expressions as loaded gifs. For the led skirt, I used an arduino uno and followed a few tutorial online on how to colour and animate them.
