assuming wolf man is masacrik's father, I wonder if masacrik's relationship with buttercup could be different if he didn't hate his own father.

I know the reason given why they dislike each other is buttercup views him as a weirdo (and by extension, wrong and someone you absolutely don't want to be) and masacrik hates that he's a normie (i forget if there's more to it but yeah). but given the fact that wolf man and buttercup both have canine hats (which hats are representations of who you are in their universe), I wonder if whatever masacrik hates about his dad, he may also see in buttercup.

oh, or maybe he's envious of buttercup. after all, masacrik hates his dad, but he also repeats the same patterns of his parents (as stated on his kinnie bingo). buttercup, while definitely too obsessed with being normal for masacrik's liking, may not be like his parents at all. maybe he's an image of what masacrik could have been.

I think they could be interesting routes to explore if that's not already the plan, and I might take to writing something if we get more info on one or the other character. (public info, not stuff that's in the tgdonut or patreon, I don't have a subscription and intend to keep it that way to avoid spoilers)

I'm supposed to be on break right now but I logged in yesterday and today to check that my posts were going up and I ended up having to post yesterday's post later than it was scheduled for. Because the schedule just didn't fucking work. Same with today's post.

I cannot be logging in every saturday and sunday just to make sure things are working how they're supposed to, jesus fuck. and I had to rewrite my report to Tumblr support because the first one didn't go through. fuck this shit. Why only the queer headcanons went up, I don't know.

headcanon: masacrik's pupils get a bit bigger when he hears a little jingling sound. he'd given ushka a cat toy with a bell, and everytime he hears the jingling he knows she's coming over to him with a shy request to play.

he knows it's no coincidence that strawberry starts wearing bell accessories once she finds out, much to his annoyance. she stops when she realizes that she can't pavlov him into liking her with this, just making him subconsciously think it's ushka coming to him.
