Yep, Only the accepted ones get an email.If you haven’t gotten an email please don’t be discouraged. It took a lot of debating and voting for us to decide on an artist due to the amount of quality applicants. We appreciate everyone of you who applied!

Yep! all emails have been sent out and are awaiting for confirmation. There’s still a chance for artists to receive an email If a chosen artist backed out so watch out for that.

Thanks to everyone who applied!!! We’re amazed by the number of you who did! A whopping 356 talented Phanartists!!

We will now start deliberating on which artist to select. Selected artists will be contacted via email to confirm their participation so expect an email from us around May 28. Hopefully we’ll be able to announce the artist list on May 29!

Hello~ So my art style is more on the chibi cutesy style rather than the very very detailed style! I was wondering if there was a specific artstyle u guys where looking for :), or if it didn't all matter~ ❤

Are there certain types of content you are allowing in this zine? Like is this zine following a certain theme or are artists allowed to draw lowkey AUs and headcanons?

Everything P5! Draw the gang or their confidants hanging out around tokyo or the phantom thieves raiding palaces. Maybe even have a crossover with the previous persona cast. Go wild! headcanons can be ok but for AUs we would like to make it at least persona centric or still in SMT universe

I am interested in applying to be an artist. However I have never drawn anything persona related before, will that be a problem?

Its no problem at all! This zine is open to all fans of the series regardless if you’ve drawn for it or not. And besides its never too late to start~

♥ Are you accepting artists?  Yes! We have a couple of invited artists but applications are also open. We’ll only be selecting a few but we’ll expand our roster depending on interest.

♥ How many artists will be participating? The zine will be comprised of 25 artists

♥ How many illustrations can we submit? Around 1-2 per artist

♥ What will artists receive for participating? All artists will get a copy of the zine as well as an equal cut of the profits

♥ What are the portfolio requirements?  You can link us any portfolio site or even your art tag are acceptable as long as you can provide multiple polished samples of your work.

♥ How will the artist be chosen? Once applications ends, the 4 of us will be deliberating on which artist will be chosen. We will choose the artist depending on the quality of their completed works that was asked for in the application form.

♥ How will I know If I’m selected? All selected artists will be notified via email if they have been chosen a week after artist application ends. An artist list will be posted on the blog once all have been notified. 

♥ Artists keep the rights to their work and can do whatever they want with it AFTER the book is launched to be fair to everyone who preordered. We encourage posting WIPs and previews as well as linking it to the blog.
