If the right way is too hard, fuck it. Do it the wrong way.

Folding clothes keeps you from getting the laundry done? Stop folding clothes. Put a basket in your room and throw your unfolded clean stuff into it right out of the dryer, it's fine.

Rinsing dishes off keeps you from loading the dishwasher? Load them dirty and run it twice.

Chopping onions keeps you from making yourself dinner? Buy the freezer bags of chopped onions.

You forget to take your meds and don't want to get out of bed to get them? Start putting them next to the bed.

Can't keep up with the dishes? Get paper plates. Worried about environment impact? Order biodegradable ones online if your local store doesn't have one.

Make the task easier. Put things where you use them instead of where they "go." Eliminate the steps that keep you from finishing the task. Eliminate the task that is stressing you out.

Do it the "wrong" way. It's literally fine.

But the Borderlands movie is going to suck, and not even in the way that I want to go and see it to see how much it would suck.

This had everything to make a great movie or a series and it has all been squandered.

I thought I’d see what or who a Chappell Roan was this morning

All I heard was Lady Gaga for people who think mayonnaise is spicy.

I watched the Euros final last night between England and Spain, just to witness England lose. I haven’t watched football in years, but I had a suspicion that this was going to be a good one.

It was glorious!

My key take aways:

- England played like a non-committal boyfriend who gave a couple minutes of flourish to keep you hanging on.

- I hate to admit it, but the English goal was pretty special.

- Spain were all over them from the first second. I couldn’t tell you any of their names, but every time certain Spanish players got the ball, you just knew both the English players and the fans collectively shit themselves.

- Spain played like they were just out to enjoy themselves.

- Every white England player must have gone to the same barbers. They all had the same ‘I was the bully protected by the sports department in school’ haircuts.

- When the game wasn’t going their way, England resorted to Oscar worthy diving.

- The Spanish shirt was quite nice. I may get myself one.

- The BBC still gives Rio Ferdinand a microphone, apparently. He still has the charisma of a damp tea towel.

- Every time I hear ‘football is coming home,’ I suffer psychic damage.
