Chief Protector of Sugarteara!

I remember that, before this Costume, I had been begging for a Lobster costume for a LONG time, thinking we’d have one when the Dark Enchantress event came by way back in 2021. It wasn't the case, so I drew a ton of costume ideas.

Then, after the failure of the card event, I left the game. However, in 2023, they finally released the skin, and I went back, got it, and yet… I was disappointed by it.

And while slow, I have been gaining a new appreciation for it.

I love skins that show something completely new about the character, and that’s my main complaint with this one: we already knew Lobster was part of the guards before becoming a guardian. It in itself brought nothing new to the table.

However… It’s nice, it is. My expectations for a Lobster costume were high; I believe anything would have disappointed me, sadly enough.

But now, with a new perspective, I like it. Simple, concise, nicely executed. I hope they give them another skin that brings something new to themselves in the future, but for what it is, this is nice.

AGAIN, more of my stuff…. I like magical creatures, and this man is already my oc, ya know? At what point does one hyperfixation stray so far away from canon that you end up making them a creature and calling them an oc? Cause I have been there, I have done that so many times.

I am cringe, but I am free.

Have a Cockatrice Randy and his Chicken Harpy disguise. Plus an alternative color palette, because I have a problem, people, a problem. + the concept art for this.

OH MY GOD GUYS- I have talked to my friend about this before, and boy, did we come up with some cursed ideas for this au, HEAR ME OUT-

Randy’s actor is not even a ginger; he dyes his hair a lot, and when he auditioned, the director loved the look, so the ginger Randy stayed.

Jeff and Liu’s actors aren’t even brothers, but they look uncannily similar, so they cannot blame people for thinking they are siblings.

Liu and Randy’s actors ARE the siblings-

Liu and Troy’s actors are best friends irl, and they had a hard time taking scenes seriously. They would laugh and, in turn, everyone else would laugh with them.

Keith’s actor was new to acting, this being his first big role. Jeff’s actor, a way more seasoned actor, quickly befriended him.

They all end up becoming friends irl and got matching tattoos, featuring a bloody smile face.

What we need is a Jeff the killer actor AU

I finally got to draw the trio! This is them between 14-15 years old, at the same Bus stop, cause, of course, they would be. One normal Autumn morning, Keith gets this photo as a wallpaper for his BlackBerry.

Who took this picture for them? They long forgot.
