Emisil ER04 review

I wanted a prosthetic that I could use for sexual activity with a potential girl. I had already looked for years at the reelmagik ones, and thought those were the best. I always thought I was going to save up for a real investment with them. But now, the Emisil ones have really caught up. I’d say they look as real, or even more real than any other brand out there. To me, a prosthetic is the only way I can be able to have sex. So it was a necessary investment for me.

I went for the ER04 because that’s closest to the average erection here, and still probably possible to pack with.

I ordered it in the colour S04 (which looking back was maybe a little too orange for me). It arrived 1 WEEK after I placed the order. The customer service was fantastic. Quick to respond, polite.

Here it is. Absolutely fantastic quality.

Look: 10 / 10 Spot on. In my opinion one of the most realistic looking products you can get. It’s painted in layers, there are subtle veins, the skin texture. Very very good. There was a strange knob on the tip of the penis which I cut off - no issue with that. Under the softer “skin” there’s silicone gel that makes the skin move over the harder shaft inside. This is in the shaft and balls. I have nothing critical to say about the look of it. Perfect.

Comfort / Packability: 5 / 10 I thought it would be easier to pack with, but it is bulky and IS an erection. You run into the same issues any guy with a huge erection does, basically. Packing with it CAN be done, but if you move around a lot, sit down, stuff like that, it will move up on you and create a HUGE bulge. You will also feel it, constantly. But say, for a night out, if you expect some sexual activity that night, you could wear this for a night and be able to just do it when the time came. I bought a few tight jockstraps to wear it with and made a “fly” in them for sex.

Sex / masturbation: 9 / 10 Very suited for sex. It has a firm silicone fill that I imagine is JUST right for penetrative sex. The shaft is in a position where thrusting upwards would be difficult, but forwards would be ideal. The balls come forwards with the shaft to some degree, which I find annoying, but it comes with making it packable. Or maybe the balls should be slightly smaller or softer. If you modify the back of it in some way you choose you can jerk off with it. Works great for that too.

Price / order: 10 / 10 The price is fair and cheaper than a lot of alternatives. It’s an investment, a compromise while waiting for surgery. The service was very very good, and the production and shipping were very fast. Extremely happy.

Durability: 10 / 10 I’ve “only” had it for a year, and not packing with it, but using it for masturbation, and it shows no sign of wear. The paint is not superficial but actually part of the silicone, and there are NO signs of it ever starting to tear or anything. I expect to have this thing for years and years.

Score: 8 / 10

Extremely happy with it, and can’t recommend it enough, but be aware that this is a product for sexual activity, and not for packing.

The Norwegian prosthetic review

Yeah, this isn’t a known brand. In fact, I don’t know what they are called. I got it for free, state-provided from my norwegian treatment clinic in Oslo. They just asked me one day if I wanted one ordered for me for free. I was told it costs several thousand NOK, but it’s all provided for because it’s considered an aid for sexual expression and function. Similar to a breast prosthesis for women who have had their breasts removed.

So, sadly I don’t know the name of the producers, but they are norwegian. And as far as I know, you can’t order this. But if you are norwegian and are treated officially in Oslo, you can get this one or something similar for free.

There were 3-4 different looks, each modelled after guys who work in the company. So, modelled after real, average penises. I chose the one closest to how I would have looked if I was cis.

As you can see it looks very good. The shape of it is literally dead on realistic. Inside the shaft and balls, there's a gel-like consistency, adding to the realism. But the outer layer is kind of shiny rubbery silicone.

The round back/flap is designed specifically to put through a hole or in special underwear that you get with it. If you really wanted you could cut that off.

Look: 9 / 10 Perfect shape except for the back and flap. It’s just lightly painted and a little bit shiny. It’s the most real-looking one I’ve ever had looking in the mirror and through underwear.

Comfort / packability: 7 / 10 I’ve not worn it much because it is as big and heavy as it is. It’s a bit chunky in some pants. It can also feel a little stiff. But it’s not bad, it just makes me personally a little self-conscious. So I wear it only sometimes in specific pants. It also requires some kind of attachment or really tight underwear.

Sex / masturbation: 1 / 10 I would be very surprised if someone was able to have sex with this, but it might be possible. Not suited for masturbation though. And it’s not meant to.

Price / order: Free if you live in Norway

Durability: 10 / 10 Probably very very durable. I don’t know yet.

Best basic packer review (the classic packy)

Yo. After going through the hazards of trying to figure out what packer to get myself, I’m here to offer a bit of more information in the form of 3 years of personal experience.

First off, what did I want from my day to day packer? - Realistic bulge - Comfortable - Able to wear without a harness - Cheap

If you want a packer that is all this, the classic packy is the one to get. I can’t recommend it enough as a day to day packer. I got the small one (which I recommend because it’s close to average and practical).

I wear it without a harness in tighter briefs, and it always stays put. I don’t feel it unless I squat or accidentally brush my hand over my crotch, and the softness of the packer makes it feel like it’s just pressure on my junk, which it is. It doesn’t feel like there is a “thing” in my pants. I don’t think a packer much harder than this would ever feel as natural to both you and others. But then again, each packer for its purpose. 

There is not much more to say about this one. For daily use, at work, in any activity, with no harness and 100% comfort - get this one.

Look: 7 / 10 The skin details are very nice. It’s as good as I could hope. It’s not an advanced prosthetic. My drawbacks here are the fact that there is no uncut version, it’s a bit too symmetrical, and when I pack with no harness you can sometimes see the edge of the back through my underwear. But that is to be expected. The balls are also not 3D, but of a very good size.

Comfort / Packability: 10 / 10 It’s perfect. It’s 10000% comfortable and can be just dropped into your underwear and just stay there, day and night.

Sex / Masturbation: 2 / 10 Well, it’s WAY too soft for any penetrative sex, and it’s not at all meant to be used for that. But I can tell you that you can modify this thing so that you can jack off with it. I stuck a sharp pencil through the shaft and could stick an attachment of my choice through the shaft that rubbed against me. It’s so soft that it's hard to get any force from it, but it IS doable.

Prize / ordering: 10 / 10 Cheap and fast. You will probably have to re-order them every 2-3 years, too.

Durability: 9 / 10 I’ve had mine for over 3 years and worn it almost every day and night, and it’s not damaged at all. It has some discolouring, and the shape has bent a little to how I always pack it, but it is nowhere near being torn or deteriorating.
