The Evermore Grimoire: Greek Mythology
Apollo (Ἀπόλλων) is the god of the sun, healing, medicine, prophecy, knowledge, oracles, purity, art, music (he directed the choir of the Muses), poetry, archery (but not for war or hunting) and plagues in Greek mythology. He was born on the floating island of Delos, along with his twin sister Artemis (goddess of the hunt). Immediately after his birth he demanded a musical instrument and hence became the god of music. Apollo’s mother, the Titan Leto (goddess of motherhood), was brutally assaulted by the giant Tityus while she was traveling to Delphi. In response to this insult and violation of his mother, Apollo went to the giant and with his golden sword and silver arrows he slayed him.

what kinds of food does Loki like? I heard he likes spicy things, but I'm not sure if that's just a UPG
Hi, Nonny.
Unfortunately, none of Loki’s culinary preferences are attested. The Eddas don’t really give any insight into that, and there’s no surviving record of anyone offering to him historically.
A later figure, Lokke the Ash Lad, was a household spirit who received offerings of porridge and flour in the hearth, but it’s really questionable whether medieval Lokke is actually connected to Loki the god, or whether the practices surrounding the former would necessarily be a good indication of the practices surrounding the latter even if the connection was there. “Loki, the Vätte, and the Ash Lad’’by Elder Heideis a freely accessible paper on the topic if you want to look more into that topic.
So yeah. Anything you see listed as preferred offerings for Loki specifically are going to be based on the personal experiences of modern devotees. Take that for what it’s worth. But here are some things that are popular as offerings today:
Spicy Stuff
Sweet stuff. Disgustingly sweet stuff.
Coffee
Cinnamon
Chocolate
Novel or unusual combinations of flavors
Alternatively, if you prefer to stick with attested stuff, you could go with things that we know were offered to other Norse gods, including:
Alcohol (especially ale and mead)
Meat
Blood
Bread
Grain and grain-based foods
Milk
Butter
But you’re under no obligation to stick with any of this stuff. If all else fails, try something and see what kind of vibes you get afterwards. Or maybe check in with divination.

Yesterday, I went to the local Barnes & Noble and found a new book on spell work. I'll be posting images from that occasionally and writing up some pages from my own grimoire to add here soon.
I hope everyone has a good day. Blessed be 💜

The Evermore Grimoire: Greek Mythology
Psyche (Ψυχη meaning "Soul") was the goddess of the soul and the wife of Eros (god of love) in Greek mythology. She was once a mortal princess whose extraordinary beauty earned the ire of Aphrodite (goddess of love) when men began turning their worship away from the goddess and towards Psyche instead. Aphrodite commanded Eros to make her fall in love with the ugliest creatures on earth. But instead, Eros fell in love with Psyche and spirited her away to his home. Their fragile peace was soon ruined by a visit from Psyche's jealous sisters, who caused her to betray the trust of her husband. Wounded, Eros left his wife, and Psyche wandered the world for her lost love. Eventually she approached Aphrodite and asked for her help. Aphrodite imposed a series of difficult tasks on Psyche, which she was able to achieve by means of supernatural assistance. After successfully completing these tasks and Aphrodite relented and Psyche became immortal and lived alongside Eros. Together they had a daughter named Hedone (goddess of pleasure).
