You are such a backstabber” (Light x OG Ryuk) - I came up with this piece while listening to Kesha's banger Backstabber lol - Ngl, I got the creeps making this but it makes me proud to be scared of my own creation, lmao. - More Ryuk content in the way! Also, I accept suggestions^^.

My take on Ryuk’s original design. I kinda gave him a Mello look for some reason but I truly feel he would have rocked a nice turtleneck top, that’s a given. I honestly think I’ll draw him more hahaha.

Death Note in a nutshell. 

Symbolisms used:

Crown: Kira/Light saw himself as the God of the “New World”.

Soichiro’s eyes: They are completely black as if he hasn’t been able to see how close the true enemy was.

Apple: Look at how Ryuk is just focusing on the apple, that’s pretty much the sole reason he stuck to Light apart from “having fun” of course.

Gun: Well, that’s pretty much self-explanatory, look at who is holding it.

Blood: Self-explanatory as well.

Also, focus on the eyes of each character, there’s one “odd guy” that’s looking at us + Misa has a heart in one of her eyes as her love for Light was strong enough to make her be part of this whole mad show and how the other eye is covered by a cross which symbolizes how her will to live faded when Light passed away.
