When you cross-stitch on your jacket how do you get rid of the surrounding aida you stitched on?? I really want to try x-stitch on clothes but I get stuck when I remove the extra aida around it. Thank you and I really like your Stardew jacket!!

I use a soft cotton zweigart fabric and then it's really easy to remove the fabric like this
