main story info: cousin of the buckets, marries a wealthy billionaire in her biotech field. ana was able to support her cousins while married to him, but after he gambled all their money away and left her, both grew poor and relied on grandpa joe’s salary from the factory willy wonka owns. once he was let go, ana blamed both willy wonka and her ex husband for her family’s decline, even when her brother, mr. bucket. after disappearing for a while without telling her parents and brother where she ended up, she arrives with a rival candy company and chocolate factory called “sugar plum candy company” in london a year after charlie and the buckets moved in with willy wonka. tensions of all sorts arise between the two companies, families, and willy and ana as well.

- he’s a genius and everything he does is always predestined. he throws ppl off and says certain things to get the certain reaction he needs, it’s not a game with him even if it may seem like it. when anyone thinks they have the upperhand, he is at least ten steps ahead.

- he’s a maladaptive daydreamer (like me lol) where he gets intensive daydreams that are realistic and it’s an escaping mechanism that sometimes happen unprovoked or on his own.

- he’s panromantic demisexual, and he’s a TOP i said what i SAID.

imo, willy wonka is regarded as childish or psychotic, while he’s really NEITHER of those. he knows exactly what he’s doing, and the purpose he’s doing it for/why. the whole giving out the special prize isn’t even the real reason why he sent out the golden tickets, bc he knows the world and the children/people clamoring for his life’s work. after getting his recipes stolen, he needed to teach the world a lesson and set an example for the type of ppl they truly were inside. why else would he strategically go to every single place he knew would bring out the worst in all the ppl he met? it was not only meant to be a lesson for the families but a lesson to the world that what is inside will eventually come out, even if u think it’s secure for the time being. so once again, it was never solely abt just the factory.
