I have like the urge to read an angst fanfic where Ravio, before the start of ALBW, gets forced to become like the Great Priest of Lorule under Hilda's orders even if it's a hopeless role and people don't believe it's useful anymore.
And like, Hilda saw the Hero's soul in Ravio and chased him until he gave up and became her servant. Then she tries to train him but he's too weak and a coward, the only qualities he has are that he's smart and good at magic. It frustrates her so she beats him and then under Yuga's influence, she starts manipulating him into believing he has no worth, he isn't worthy enough for his destiny as a hero and thus he should obey her and pray Hylia everyday because it's obviously the only thing he's able to do for Lorule. Like her and Yuga gaslight him and isolate him, maybe they even lock him in a room. She gives him the title of Great Priest, which is supposed to belong to the princess, to control him better. And all along, he feels like he's worth nothing, and is too much of a coward to try to fight them back. He really wants to run away from them and is creating the bracelet for that but at the same time he realises that Hilda is also being manipulated by Yuga. He decides to stay to try to protect her from Yuga and his plans (even if she's really mean to him most of the time, and he questions his decision hardly because of that). But when he dicovers Yuga's full plan of stealing Hyrule's Triforce, he can't let it be anymore and uses the bracelet to go to Hyrule, hoping that there at least there would be a able hero. 'cause they can't destroy another world to save their rotten one. And in the end maybe we discover that his Triforce isn't courage but wisdom.
Maybe it's too precise. Maybe I should write it. But I feel like it's way too dark and too ooc and lore unaccurate and I didn't even played the game soooo...
Any recommandation ? T.T

Oot Link truly has a tragic story, and that's making me sad now. I mean, Zelda did the worst error of her life by sending him back to childhood.
Because of that, he's lonely, a grown up man in a boy's body, with traumas and memories he can't talk to with anybody because it doesn't exist anymore in his reality, and he has lost his best friend without even knowing why. And then there's probably a war against Ganondorf, and then there's Majora's Mask. Finally, he died full of regrets, no one remembering what he did, staying as a ghost until TP.
Poor boy deserved better. (T.T)
My only comfort is to think he had a happy marriage with Malon.
