INGREDIENTS (serves 2 people): 4 scoops ice cream 9 strawberries 1/4 cup Bailey's liqueur 1/4 cup orange cream liqueur (I used the sovrano variety since there was leftovers) 1/4 cup milk Whipped cream Chocolate topping A sprig of mint INSTRUCTIONS: Blend all the ingredients (except for the mint, whipped cream and chocolate topping) in a food processor/blender until smooth (you may puree the strawberries first then add the puree into the food processor with the other ingredients). Pour into 2 tall milkshake glasses. Then top with whipped cream, and squeeze some chocolate topping over the whipped cream and garnish with a sprig of mint. Then serve immediately using a reusable straw.

Baron Pamplemousse cocktail. @ Talulah bar in Auckland, New Zealand. 

Bitter, but refreshing and nice. Pricey, (NZD 24) but was really boozy which included ingredients like Cognac and Absinthe. Not for the faint hearted as it has multiple strong liquors and it is pretty strong. If you are going to enjoy this type of drink, please do so responsibly.
