Wraping Up 2020 Unwraping 2021! I couldn't follow through and track down my book list for 2020, though i was able to go through 5 to 10 books and about 5 online courses. The goal was 25, but the disruption of COVID-19 did not allow that to be possible. 2021 here I come in the name of the Lord and there shall be a performance. A 1st-century philosopher by the name of Epictetus made this observation which has to do with most of the things and people we deal with daily in our lives. He said: "Appearances are of four kinds; things either are as they appear to be, or they neither are nor appear to be, or they are but do not appear to be, or they are not and yet appear to be." The tragedy of this whole thing is when you spend your precious time (life) into a person or a cause that is only the appearance of the fourth kind, if God is not your anchor, it can lead to all kinds of things. This week, this month, and in your journey of life, MAY GOD GIVE YOU THE SPIRIT OF DISCERNMENT AND INSIGHT into the people and things you are dealing with that you won't spend your life investing into them that is only a deception which is intended to hurt you. May the Lord deliver you from their deception and if you are already going through the pain of their deception, may the Lord restores to you whatever you might have lost. AMEN!!!! J.O.U.R.N.A.L📖🖊️ FACES(SEASONS) IN LIFE "Life has faces and men are in sizes, if a man abuses the face of life his in, his size is reduced." ―Isaac Mohammed Newton Relative to taking the next BOLD move is understanding the face(season) of life you are in. Relative to your next BOLD move; you have grace for every space consequently, you know you need to make another BOLD move when the grace lift from your life. When the grace is gone, you need to be making another BOLD move. To make the next BOLD move successfully, you need to understand the four(4) faces(seasons) in your life so that you know the face(season) you are in because every BOLD move is in the context of the face(season) you are in. These are the faces(seasons): #1. The Starting Face(Season) This face(season) is from ages 0 to 20. This starting season is providential, you have no control over that; it is who your parents are, you don't get to choose who your parents are and that is providential. Where you were born, I was born somewhere in Ghana and that is why I talk the way I do, you were born elsewhere and that is why you talk the way you do. Whether you were born in a city or village it is all providential. Your nationality is part of your starting face(season), I was born a citizen of Ghana and I am still one though that might change in other faces(seasons) in my life. The language you speak, my mother tongue I speak is Mamprosi, many other places they speak Ga, Hausa, English, French, Hindi, Spanish and so on and all this is because of where you were born and not only the language but the accent. Your gender, I was born male and I have no control over that. Your physical make-up, I was born not too short and not too tall with no much muscles, good looking face, my DNA and metabolism are all part of who I am. Another thing that is part of your starting face(season) is your natural gifts. J.O.U.R.N.A.L📖🖊️ WHAT IS THE NEXT BOLD MOVE? Most of us are where we are in life because of four or at most five decisions we've made so far. If you are in your thirties and beyond(30-), you've probably made 4 to 5 decisions that have brought you to where you are in life. It is true that every now and then we are making decisions; from what to eat, what to wear, what to drive, where to go and where to live. Nevertheless, where you are in life is as a result of four or at most five bold moves you've made so far. If you are reading this, I want you to know there is a bold move waiting for you. These are the BOLD MOVES I have made so far: #1. November 2004, I decided to move from one kingdom to another. This move as far as I am concern was the first-ever bold moves I have ever made in my life from the time of born to that time and consequently have changed the course of my life. #2. February 2008, I moved from the region of my birth to another region. This move opened a new chapter of life. #3. November 3rd 2012, I got married.
