I just wanted to drop in and say how much “Your Eyes Are Red” has stayed with me. The way you write Zim, Dib, and especially Gaz feels so real and layered—it’s one of the few stories I think about long after I close the tab.

There’s something deeply compelling about the way you’ve explored vampirism as a means of balancing their dynamic. It’s nuanced and haunting, and the care you’ve put into it shows. The unlikely bond between Zim and Gaz? The blood pizza? The dog moment? I think about it a lot (in the best, most painful way).

Also… I still worry about your Gaz. She’s in space prison. GIR’s dying. I’m haunted.

I keep waiting for things to get easier, for me to have more time, more energy, more motivation - but I think most people can agree that life is pretty difficult right now, and so far, it hasn't let up.

That said, I've been chipping away at the next chapter, and I have 12k words at the moment...so you guys will get a fat hunk of content sometime in the next couple of weeks. I'm guessing I have around 3-4k left to go.
