Yeah, I’m still stuck on that Scene from the end of the first episode because it’s so funny to me.
Like here’s a Starfleet officer who’s clearly been raised in the church but for whatever reason isn’t Christian and wants to pray because the love of his life is potentially dying and doesn’t know how so he just recites the one thing that’s taught to pretty much everyone who even touches the Catholic Church.

listen, i love snw. I love seeing Spock and Kirk and the gang like everyone else does. But I don’t think my heart can take a TOS reboot. 5 more seasons of a Spock/Chapel situationship seems like a special ring of hell I don’t want to explore.
