do you know what comics feature the protectobots most, or what theyre in the most? :0 i wanna get into them and learn more but idk what comics theyre apart of 💔
hi there!! i am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there isn’t a ton of media out there with the protectobots in it :,)
but!! i do have some recs! I’ll put them under the cut in case i yap for too long lol.
the first place i was introduced to the protectobots was actually reading IDW lost light!
the have somewhat of a prominent role, mostly first aid but we get some nice character interactions!
g1 also has a few good protectobots eps!
“The Revenge of Bruticus” (season 2, ep 47) & “B.O.T.” (season 2, ep 49). to name a few!
are they the greatest episodes ever? no, but it has the g1 charm we all love. & ofc, the protectobots!
in marvels run of transformers, they have a bit more appearances!!
issue 24 is the first appearance of them in comics, and issue 32 is a really cool hot spot cover! I haven’t re-read these in a while.. i have to do that soon!
& ofc in idw they have miscellaneous appearances. blades made an appearance in the new skybound run recently!
one of my fav things to do is to check out the comic vine of each character. it will give you all of their comic appearances! i will link hot spot’s bc i can only do one link for some reason, but you can search all of the characters there!
that’s all I have, but if anyone has any other recs please jump in!
