Disney Villains Version:
(0:00 - 0:16)
Pete, Mortimer Mouse, Big Bad Wolf, and Mad Doctor are walking together next to a river where the infamous Steamboat Willie is seen cruising next to them
(0:17 - 0:23)
We see a photograph montage of the Evil Queen Grimhilde and King Magnifico growing up in modern day, from their childhoods to adulthood, until they both cut to the two waking up in bed with their raven and cat besides them
(The raven: Snow White animated movie, the cat: scrapped pet in Wish art book)
(0:24 - 0:27)
Grimhilde and Magnifico are already dressed in their modern day/Cursed Cafe attire and get ready to set outside with their respective pets
(0:28 - 0:37)
The two villains each walk through their various locales while in the background, all the TV villains from the Disney Channel cartoons watch them, gathered amongst themselves in order from the Disney Afternoon days like Ducktales and Gargoyles to the most recent like The Owl House and Moon Girl
(0:38 - 0:45)
Separately, Magnifico and Grimhilde find themselves in a city that looks similar to Twilight Town, where they see silhouettes of various Descendants children characters running around, followed by the silhouettes of Xenahort, his incarnations, and all of Organization 13
(0:46 - 0:51)
The two somehow find the other’s pet with them, and as Magnifico looks down at Grimhilde’s raven, the Direct-To-DVD sequel villains are shown running happily together in silhouette, with Marina Del Ray stopping to look at the audience
(0:52 - 0:57)
We then cut to various magical and powerful villains:
The Headless Horseman with his flaming pumpkin head with Goob behind him sending out his bowler hat Doris with lasers, Maleficent with her dragon form behind her, Prince John with Sir Hiss, Madam Mim showing off her animal forms, the King and Queen of Hearts visibly high-fiving each other, and Yzma holding one of her potions
(0:58-1:05)
John Silver and Scroop team up against Lyle Rourke and Helga Sinclair for a battle, Bellwether, Prince Hans and Callahan pose for a picture, a younger Lady Tremaine is shown walking with her daughters before it cute to the three’s older selves, and a transforming Turbo is using his King Candy and Cy-Bug forms to battle against Dr. Facilier and his magic
(1:06 - 1:21)
Stromboli is shown alongside the Coachman trying to look intimidating until Honest John and Gideon butt in, Cruella is posing with Madame Medusa but they both smile when she butts in, Edgar having a stare down with Amos Slade and Bill Sykes with his dogs, the smoke from his cigar cutting to Namaari and Virana with their cats and both turn to smile; we see the back of the Stabbington brothers as they confront a form changing Mother Gothel, Captain Hook on his ship and summoning his crew with a puff of smoke, and Jumba locked in a fierce battle against Gantu
(1:22 - 1:30)
Magnifico and the raven are in harsh sunlight as the silhouette of the Firebird passes by, while similarly Grimhilde and the cat are in a thunderous lightning storm while being silhouetted by Chernabog
(1:32 - 1:39)
The scene cuts to the Renaissance villains as the camera zooms by them in order: Ursula, McLeach and Gaston, Jafar, Scar, Ratcliffe, Frollo, Hades, Shan Yu, and Clayton
(1:40 - 1:45)
The ever smug Shere Khan is shown alongside Kaa and the Siamese cats before zooming in his eye to show Ratigan on top of Ronno and also zooming in on Ratigan’s eye as he flashes a evil toothy grin, cutting to Alameda Slim preparing for a battle before taking off his disguise to reveal not just his bright rustler outfit and guitar, but also the Willie brothers, Rico, and Wesley behind him as they get locked in a intense battle against the Horned King and his army
(1:46 - 2:00)
Grimhilde and Magnifico find themselves in front of a marquee screen where they reunite with their respective pets as Tamatoa, Matangi, and human form Nalo are shown sleeping together in the marquee screen
(2:01 - 2:08)
As the two speak to each other, they are watched over by the various Pixar villains who are then pushed aside by all the villain sidekicks on the marquee screen
(2:09 - 2:20)
Grimhilde and Magnifico leave together with their respective pets, while the Twisted Wonderland characters appear and pose on the various nearby billboards.
(2:21 - 2:35)
The scene then transitions back to the four villains from the beginning, the camera tilts up to show the Magic Mirror flying overhead, after it briefly looks at the camera and winks, we see the Phantom Blot waves to the camera and uses his magic gauntlet to shoot green magic at it

Pa died that summer.
He died in a way he didn't deserve, with his sons by his side. The small room smelled of beer, cigarette smoke and the red mud that coated his boots from the week before.
Percival didn't know what to feel when it happened; he didn't expect anger to be among that conflicting maelstrom of emotions. Anger was second-nature when it came to Mr. McLeach. Howe could it not, given all he's done? He should feel happy that the old bastard finally died. Was he angry because now he was no longer suffering like he should be? From the lack of closure? From the regret at himself of not making more with his remaining time with him? Did some part of him hope that maybe, his father would have had a change of heart at the last minute? To apologize? Was that what he was really expecting?
He sits there with Casey for what feels like too long, in a silence that presses too hard on their ears.
As horrible as he had been, for how much he hurt Ma and them and for how he was the reason for every bad thing in the boys' lives he had still been their dad. He loved them, once.
Maybe that's why they both decided to come and see him once they got the news. He had been a lot quieter than before. He was once a large imposing man, now frail and smaller, made weaker in the last two decades of his life. A part of Percival wants to find some solace knowing how lonely Pa had been. A part of him feels just as rotten for it.

the "feeling like something is wrong with you that you have to hide" background noise is often a result of childhood trauma because an abused or neglected child who doesn't rationalize their mistreatment runs the risk of alienating themselves from what little shelter and care is actually being provided. it's theorized that blaming yourself at that age is a way to survive by coming up with a justification for why you're being abused so you don't blame your caregivers for your own suffering, thereby alienating them to the point that you are fed or sheltered or protected even less than you are currently. believing you may be able to "change" so that you're worthy of love also prevents despair/giving up. it's of utmost importance to the survival of very small children to develop a worldview that keeps them alive, even if it's by totally magical thinking and at the cost of their ability to perceive reality or navigate normal human relationships. the same thing can happen to adults in abusive domestic situations.
anyway once you're out of that situation it's time to get really pissed off

im just going to say it, Helga would have defected with everyone else to Milo's side if she and Rourke did not have something else going on because it's clear this is just more than job loyalty

I gave Joanna a smacking kiss on the head-the same ones Mama gave to me every morning when I was small. I think I finally understand why she did it.
Not enough to forgive her, but enough to see why she did it every day. Warmth, little skull, same reluctance to acknowledge affection.
Mamas come in two types- loving and dead, and alive and bitter. I could never be a parent, and neither could you. You thought you could, but you had hate where love ought to be, and so do I. You could have been a good mother, had things been different. I think you could have been the one who gave hugs instead of slaps, drinks spiked with sugar instead of cough medicine.
Casey saw you as Mary, but you were more Hera, tossing your son away like garbage because he wasn't what you expected, what you signed up for.
Both of us are bad caretakers, what to do about it now? We both ought to be mindful of anger and bathtubs, and of throats and knives. You didn't like where this was going and neither did I, but it's too late to go back. Too late to admit we weren't cut out for love. We both haunt this place, in hopes of being exorcised or put to rest, one or the other. You're almost in your grave and I am halfway to mine. I understand my mama the way a bird understands a cat. Just enough to know danger, not enough to understand why.

He wasn't the most compelling or entertaining villain in the best-written story or anything, but man did he just have a peak design and make a lot of really good expressions.
