i think the reason i find the “dark academia” stuff so silly is because it strips away all the ridiculous stuff that makes college actually entertaining. like all the posts that are like “ooh dark and mysterious library with clandestine secret meetings” vs actual college library which is full of people wasting time on youtube or people whove slept 1 hour in the past week and brought a toothbrush with them because they basically live there

There are skies and then there are Blue Ridge Parkway skies. The southern end of the parkway in North Carolina winds through the highest elevations, offering dramatic mountain top views.
